Mounting
The QH75C uses a 400 x 400mm VESA pattern and weighs 34.6kg, so it needs a bracket rated for that pattern and weight, a two-person lift and a wall substrate checked for the load. Note the pattern differs from the 400 x 300mm on the QH65C and the 200 x 200mm on the smaller sizes, so brackets are not interchangeable across the range. Depth is 28.5mm. Landscape and portrait are both supported. Allow clearance for the rear connector bay and for airflow; the display is specified for 0°C to 40°C at 10-80% relative humidity, non-condensing, and carries a temperature sensor.

Three HDMI 2.0 inputs with HDCP 2.2 and one DisplayPort 1.2 input cover laptops, room systems, conferencing codecs, media players, cameras and matrix switchers at full 4K. Two USB 2.0 ports handle local playback from a stick and power for small peripherals. Audio can go out over the stereo mini jack to a ceiling or soundbar amplifier, or play on the built-in 10W + 10W speakers, though in a large lobby a separate reinforcement system is usually the better answer.
