30 ppm Duplex Network Scanning
The Ricoh SP-1130N is the fastest model of Ricoh's SP-1120N / SP-1125N / SP-1130N line of compact A4 duplex network scanners. It scans at 30 pages per minute simplex and 60 images per minute duplex (A4 portrait, 200/300 dpi), holds 50 sheets in the ADF and is rated by Ricoh for an expected daily volume of 4,500 sheets.
Simple Two-Button Operation
Ricoh designed these SP series models so anyone can scan: there are just two buttons, Scan/Stop and Power ON/OFF. The compact 298 x 135 x 133 mm body weighs 2.5 kg and fits on a reception counter or a shared desk, and you can add documents to the ADF while a scan is running.
Reliable Feeding for Mixed Documents
The SP-1130N accepts paper from 50 to 209 g/m², documents from 52 x 74 mm up to 216 x 355.6 mm, long pages up to 3,048 mm and plastic cards up to 0.76 mm thick. Brake rollers separate pages accurately and an ultrasonic sensor detects overlapping sheets, helping prevent multi-feeds and lost information.
USB 3.2 and Wired Network Built In
Connect by USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 or share the scanner on the office network over the built-in 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet port. PaperStream IP for SP Series (TWAIN/ISIS) cleans up scanned images automatically, and PaperStream Capture and PaperStream ClickScan are supplied for everyday scanning workflows.

How fast is the SP-1130N?
30 ppm simplex and 60 ipm duplex on A4 portrait at 200/300 dpi, the fastest of the three network models (the SP-1120N and SP-1125N run at 20 and 25 ppm).
Can it be shared on the network?
Yes. It has a built-in wired Gigabit Ethernet port as well as USB 3.2 Gen 1x1. Wi-Fi is not listed in Ricoh's specifications.
Can it scan ID cards?
Yes. It scans plastic cards up to 0.76 mm thick through the ADF.
Does it work with a Mac or Linux?
Yes. Ricoh supplies an ICA driver for macOS and a SANE driver for Linux (Ubuntu) alongside the Windows TWAIN/ISIS drivers.
