The NETGEAR GS728TP (GS728TPv3) is a 24-port Gigabit PoE+ smart switch with 4 dedicated SFP ports, designed for converged networks big or small. Manage it locally through the web GUI, or remotely through the NETGEAR Insight mobile app or Insight Cloud Portal with zero-touch provisioning.
All Ports PoE+, 190W Budget
Every copper port delivers IEEE 802.3at PoE+ (up to 30W per port) from a 190W budget to power VoIP phones, IP cameras and wireless access points, with advanced per-port PoE controls and operation scheduling for remote power management.
Quieter Operation
With a lower PoE budget than the GS728TPP, the GS728TP draws 226 W max and NETGEAR rates its two fans at 26.80 dBA at 25 °C.
Advanced L2+ Features
IPv4/IPv6 static routing, LACP link aggregation, DiffServ QoS, Private VLAN, Auto-VoIP and Auto-Video VLAN, 802.1X, DHCP snooping, IGMP/MLD snooping and ACLs, with a USB port for configuration backup and firmware updates.
