What is the difference between the UC and the Microsoft Teams version?
Both are the same headset hardware. The UC model (981-001200) is certified across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Google Voice, and is the right choice for a mixed platform estate. The Microsoft Teams model (981-001158) adds a dedicated Teams button for one-touch meeting join and Teams notifications.
How is Zone Vibe Wireless different from Zone Vibe 100?
Zone Vibe Wireless includes a USB-C receiver, which extends wireless range to 50 m and gives a more reliable link on a busy 2.4 GHz office floor. The Zone Vibe 100 uses native Bluetooth only and has no receiver. Both share the same A00167 headset chassis, 40 mm drivers and beamforming microphones.
Does it have active noise cancellation?
No. Zone Vibe Wireless uses passive over-ear isolation and a beamforming microphone array to keep your voice clear; it does not have ANC. If you need active noise cancellation for an open office or a noisy commute, look at the Zone Wireless 2 UC (981-001312) or the Zone Wireless Plus (981-000808).
Do I need any additional software or a licence?
No licence is required. The headset works out of the box over the receiver or Bluetooth. Logi Tune is a free download for personal settings and firmware, and Logitech Sync is free for IT-managed fleet deployment.
