This bundle (991-000434) brings together three Logitech components that turn a huddle or small meeting room into a fully native video collaboration space: the MeetUp 4K ConferenceCam (960-001101) for camera and audio, the RoomMate compute appliance to run Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms without a PC, and the Tap IP touch controller for one-touch join at the table.
MeetUp: Ultra-Wide 4K Camera and Beamforming Audio in One Bar
MeetUp gives a 120° diagonal field of view with motorised ±25° pan and ±15° tilt, 5x HD zoom, three beamforming microphones covering 4 m and a custom-tuned speaker — enough for up to six people, or eight with the optional MeetUp Expansion Mic. RightSight frames participants automatically and RightLight handles difficult lighting.
RoomMate: Purpose-Built Compute Instead of a Room PC
RoomMate runs Logitech CollabOS and is certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Zoom Rooms Appliance. Because it is purpose-built rather than a repurposed mini PC, it removes the Windows patching, antivirus and reboot burden from the room. MeetUp is one of only four cameras Logitech certifies with RoomMate, so this is a supported, tested pairing rather than an improvised one.
Tap IP: One-Touch Join Over a Single PoE Cable
Tap IP puts the room calendar on a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 touchscreen and draws both power and network from one IEEE 802.3af PoE cable, so there is no power brick at the table. It mounts on the table, on a riser or on a wall via the 100 x 100 mm VESA interface — a tidy result in a fitted-out Singapore office.

This bundle is designed to run as a native room system. RoomMate provides the compute, certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Zoom Rooms Appliance (and Tencent Meeting Rooms), with MeetUp as the certified camera and Tap IP as the certified controller. A room solution software licence is purchased separately and is not included.
Logitech explicitly certifies RoomMate with MeetUp, Rally Camera, Rally and Rally Plus, and does not guarantee operation with other cameras — so this combination is a tested configuration.
Logitech Sync manages the whole room centrally: firmware updates, device health, and room usage analytics across every site you deploy.

Do I still need a room PC?
No. RoomMate is the compute — it runs Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android or Zoom Rooms Appliance natively. You will still need a room solution software licence, which is purchased separately.
What room size does this suit?
Huddle and small meeting rooms of up to six people, or up to eight with the optional MeetUp Expansion Mic fitted.
How does this compare with buying a MeetUp 2?
The MeetUp 2 has CollabOS compute built into the camera, so it needs no RoomMate and gives six microphones with 7 m pickup plus RightSight 2 framing. This bundle instead uses the original MeetUp with a separate RoomMate, which is the configuration to choose when you want a Tap IP controller driving a RoomMate-based room, or when standardising on RoomMate across a mixed fleet of rooms.
What do I need to complete the installation?
A display with an HDMI input, a network drop for RoomMate, and a Power over Ethernet drop or injector for Tap IP. RoomMate itself requires its supplied power adapter — it does not accept Power over Ethernet.
Does it come with a local warranty?
Yes. Every Logitech MeetUp + RoomMate + Tap IP bundle sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
