Frequently Asked Questions — Jabra Speak 710 UC
Is the Jabra Speak 710 still available?
The Speak 710 is end-of-life at Jabra and only available while remaining stock lasts. Its direct successors are the Jabra Speak 750 UC / Speak 750 MS and the newer Jabra Speak2 75, which add newer Bluetooth, better microphones and Teams certification (MS variants).
What is the difference between the Speak 710 MS and UC variants?
Hardware and audio are identical. The MS variant (7710-309) is optimised for Microsoft/Skype for Business environments; the UC variant (7710-409) targets platforms such as Cisco and Avaya. Both include the Link 370 adapter and work with Teams, Zoom and Webex as standard audio devices.
How does the Speak 710 compare with the Speak 750?
The Speak 750 shares the 10 W speaker and portable form factor but adds certified full duplex audio, a wider 2.3 m microphone pickup range and (on the MS variant) full Microsoft Teams certification with a dedicated Teams button. The 710 offers longer battery life (15 h vs 11 h).
How long does the battery last?
Up to 15 hours of talk time per charge. Recharging over USB takes approximately 3–4 hours, and the unit enters power-save automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Can I pair two Speak 710 units together?
Yes. Place two units within 2 m of each other and press the link button on each — they pair for full stereo sound, effectively doubling coverage for larger meetings.
Does the Speak 710 UC come with local warranty in Singapore?
Yes. Every Speak 710 UC sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
