Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation

SourceIT 30-Days Return Policy We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However, please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid. Unopened/Unused Items If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following: Product must be unused, with no markings. Product returns must include original packaging, accessories, boxes, instructions, etc. Products must be shipped back to SourceIT by customer. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund any shipping costs. Please contact us with any pre-sale questions. Opened/Other Items We are unable to accept the return of the following items: Open box & Used item and software. Special order items. Defective Item If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact us to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). Stay focused with the EVOLVE 40 MS Stereo Headset from Jabra. This headband-style headset features a noise-canceling microphone, so you can be better heard at the other end. When not in use, the microphone boom arm can be easily stowed by integrating it into the headband. A busy light on both the headset and control unit alerts others that you do not wish to be disturbed.

For easy operation, the headset comes with a control unit that provides access to commonly used functions like volume and mute, as well as the ability to end and answer calls. This control unit connects to your EVOLVE 40 via a 3.5mm headphone jack, so you can plug your headset into smartphones, tablets, and more.

The EVOLVE 40 MS Stereo Headset is optimized for Microsoft Lync, providing instant "Plug & Play" installation for your headset. It connects to your system via the USB cable on the control unit and uses digital signal processing (DSP) to digitally optimize the user's voice and suppress echoes. It comes with leatherette ear cushions and a soft pouch. The EVOLVE 40 can be used for music as well as voice.
