Standalone LTO-7 backup for a single server
The HPE StoreEver LTO-7 Ultrium 15000 External Tape Drive (BB874A) is a desktop SAS tape drive that gives one server 15 TB of compressed capacity per cartridge and 300 MB/s native throughput — the simplest way to add an offline, air-gapped copy to a backup plan.
Secure and standards-based
AES 256-bit hardware encryption, WORM media support and LTFS let you encrypt, lock and browse tapes like a disk, using any major backup application.
Everything in the box
Ships with a 15 TB RW data cartridge and the SAS cable; connect to an HPE Smart Array E208e-p SR Gen10 or other SAS HBA with an external port.
