The HPE MSA 1060 SFF 2x12Gb SAS 2-port Controller 12x1.2TB HDD 14TB Storage Array (P79251-B25) is an HPE Smart Choice bundle: a dual-controller HPE MSA 1060 array shipped with twelve Enterprise 10K SAS HDD drives already installed and configured as one pool, so it can be racked, zoned and serving volumes on day one.
12Gb SAS host connectivity
Two active/active 2-port 12Gb SAS controllers give 4 host ports per array with no transceivers required. Automated tiering, snapshots and Remote Snap replication are built in.
Grow as you go
Add drives to the free bays or attach HPE MSA 2060 expansion enclosures as capacity needs grow; the array scales to 96 SFF drives without replacing the controllers.
