Ricoh fi-7240 – ADF + Flatbed Office Scanner
The Ricoh fi-7240 (PA03670-B601) is a compact A4 document scanner that combines the speed of an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) with the versatility of a flatbed scanner. It is designed for offices that need to digitize both bulk paperwork and delicate or irregular media, making it a cost-effective, all-in-one solution.

Fast Duplex Scanning Performance
With scanning speeds of up to 40 pages per minute (80 images per minute duplex), the fi-7240 provides reliable performance for everyday digitization. The 50-sheet ADF supports smooth batch processing of invoices, forms, and reports, reducing manual workload while boosting team productivity.

Flatbed Flexibility for Special Documents
The built-in A4 flatbed unit enables scanning of ID cards, passports, books, and fragile documents that cannot be passed through the feeder. This versatility ensures that both routine documents and unique items can be digitized without requiring multiple devices.

Image Precision with Clear Image Capture
Equipped with Ricoh's Clear Image Capture (CIC) technology, the fi-7240 produces high-quality scans with sharp text and accurate color reproduction. The enhanced OCR compatibility ensures files are easily searchable, making them ideal for compliance and archiving purposes.
