Ergotron Neo-Flex Ultra Heavy Duty Mobile MediaCenter Stand
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Ergotron Neo-Flex® Mobile MediaCenter UHD Stand (24-192-085) - 3 Years Local Warranty
The Heaviest-Duty Mobile Display Cart Ergotron Makes
The Ergotron Neo-Flex Mobile MediaCenter UHD is built for the panels the other carts cannot take: 50 to 80 in displays weighing 90 to 120 lbs (40.8 to 54.4 kg). For auditoriums, lecture theatres, large boardrooms and high-traffic public areas in Singapore, it delivers a very large screen on a rolling base — without the structural survey and reinstatement obligation that wall-mounting a 120 lb display in leased premises would involve.
90 to 120 lbs — and the Minimum Is Real
Ergotron rates the UHD at 90 to 120 lbs (40.8 to 54.4 kg). Because the lift is a Constant Force mechanism counterbalanced to its load, a display under 90 lbs will drift upward rather than hold position — the UHD is genuinely the wrong cart for a lighter panel, not merely over-specified. Weigh the screen and confirm it sits inside the band before ordering.
20 in of Tool-Free Lift on a Very Large Screen
Even carrying a 120 lb display, the column gives 20 in (51 cm) of travel across a height range of 38.4 to 58.4 in (974 to 1484 mm), moving with a light touch and holding wherever it is set. No crank, no motor and no power outlet for the lift — which on a screen this size is the difference between adjusting sightlines in seconds and not adjusting them at all.
VESA MIS-D and MIS-F, Rotating to Portrait
Ergotron specifies VESA MIS-D and MIS-F on the UHD, with hole patterns from 200 x 200 mm through to 600 x 600 mm — the pattern range you would expect on displays of this size. The head rotates 90° between landscape and portrait, making the cart equally suited to presentation and to large-format portrait digital signage in a lobby or concourse.
Plan the Delivery — and the Three-Year Warranty
Modular cable management channels and an included cable channel kit keep cabling tidy, with a 16.8 in x 17 in (427 x 432 mm) composite shelf rated under 5 lbs (2.2 kg) for a media player. The cart rolls on 4 in (10 cm) casters, two locking, on a 29.4 in x 22 in (746 x 559 mm) base — and ships in a 66 in carton at 101 lbs (46 kg), so check lift access and doorway widths in advance. Ergotron backs all Neo-Flex products with a 3-year warranty, supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty support and a GST invoice.

Every figure above is taken from Ergotron’s official Neo-Flex Mobile MediaCenter datasheet and its DIM-NFMMC dimensional drawing. Net product weight, exact caster count, security or anti-theft features, an itemised carton contents list and steel material grades are not published by Ergotron for these part numbers and have been omitted rather than estimated. Capacity figures from the other MediaCenter models have deliberately not been carried across.
Compatibility & Fit
The capacity is a range, and the minimum matters as much as the maximum. This is the single most important thing to understand before ordering a MediaCenter cart. Ergotron’s MediaCenter lifts use Constant Force™ technology, which is counterbalanced for a load band rather than simply rated to a ceiling. Fit a display lighter than the minimum and the lift is over-tensioned — the screen will drift upward and will not stay where you put it. Fit one heavier than the maximum and it will not hold at height. Any listing that quotes only an “up to” figure for a Constant Force product is telling you half the specification. Weigh your display and confirm it sits inside the band, or send SourceIT the model and we will check it for you.
Display size: 50 to 80 in, with a caveat. Ergotron’s MediaCenter datasheet gives 50 to 80 in for the UHD, while Ergotron’s DIM-NFMMC dimensional drawing — the engineering document — prints 50 to 75 in. We publish both rather than pick one silently. Up to 75 in you are inside both figures; between 75 and 80 in, send SourceIT the model and we will confirm with Ergotron before you commit.
Do not under-load it. The band is 90 to 120 lbs (40.8 to 54.4 kg), and the minimum is a genuine constraint rather than a guideline. The Constant Force column is counterbalanced for that band, so a display below 90 lbs will drift upward and will not hold position. If your 75 in panel weighs 70 lbs, the correct cart is the MediaCenter VHD (24-191-085) at 50 to 90 lbs, not this one.
VESA MIS-D and MIS-F, from 200 x 200 mm through 600 x 600 mm. Note the UHD does not start as low as the LD does — the smallest pattern here is 200 x 200 mm, which is normal for displays in this size class but worth confirming against your panel’s specification sheet.
Plan the logistics before you order. The base footprint is 29.4 in x 22 in (746 x 559 mm), overall height including display is 64 in (1633 mm), and the shipping carton is 66 in long at 101 lbs (46 kg). Check goods-lift dimensions, doorway widths and the delivery route — with a 120 lb display fitted, this is a two-person cart to reposition safely and it should never be moved with the casters unlocked on a ramp or threshold.

Frequently Asked Questions — Ergotron Neo-Flex Mobile MediaCenter UHD
What size display does the UHD take?
Ergotron’s datasheet says 50 to 80 in; Ergotron’s dimensional drawing says 50 to 75 in. Both are official Ergotron documents, so we publish both. Up to 75 in you are safe on either — between 75 and 80 in, ask SourceIT to confirm with Ergotron first.
Can I use it with a lighter display?
No — and this is the most common specification error on this model. The Constant Force lift is counterbalanced for a 90 to 120 lbs (40.8 to 54.4 kg) band. A panel under 90 lbs will drift upward and will not hold position. For lighter screens specify the MediaCenter VHD (24-191-085) at 50 to 90 lbs or the MediaCenter LD (24-190-085) at 25 to 50 lbs.
Which VESA patterns does it support?
MIS-D and MIS-F, covering 200 x 200 mm through 600 x 600 mm. The smallest supported pattern is 200 x 200 mm — check your panel’s specification sheet if it uses anything smaller.
Is this the same product as the “Neo-Flex Mobile AV Cart”?
Yes. Ergotron’s datasheet names part number 24-192-085 “Neo-Flex Mobile MediaCenter UHD”, while Ergotron’s current product page markets the same part number as “Neo-Flex Mobile AV Cart”. The part number is the reliable identifier.
What should I check before delivery?
Access. The shipping carton is 66 in long and weighs 101 lbs (46 kg), the assembled base is 29.4 in x 22 in (746 x 559 mm) and overall height with a display fitted is 64 in (1633 mm). Confirm goods-lift dimensions and doorway widths, and plan for two people to reposition the cart once a 120 lb display is mounted.
How much height adjustment does it give?
20 in (51 cm) of travel, over a height range of 38.4 to 58.4 in (974 to 1484 mm), on Ergotron’s Constant Force lift. Overall height including the display is 64 in (1633 mm). That is enough to set sightlines for a seated audience or a standing presenter without tools.
Can I rotate the screen to portrait?
Yes — Ergotron specifies 90° of rotation between portrait and landscape, which is what makes these carts usable for digital signage and wayfinding as well as presentation.
Where do the cables go?
Into modular cable management channels, with a cable channel kit included. There is also a 16.8 in x 17 in (427 x 432 mm) rugged plastic-composite cable shelf — note Ergotron rates that shelf at under 5 lbs (2.2 kg), so it is for a media player or small device, not a full desktop PC.
Will it roll between rooms?
Yes, on 4 in (10 cm) casters, two of which lock. Plan the route: the base footprint is 29.4 in x 22 in (746 x 559 mm) and the shipping carton is 66 in long at 101 lbs (46 kg), so check doorway widths and lift access before delivery.
Is there a local warranty in Singapore?
Yes. Every Ergotron Neo-Flex Mobile MediaCenter UHD sold by SourceIT comes with local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice; Ergotron backs the Neo-Flex Mobile MediaCenter UHD with a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
