The Ergotron Neo-Flex Mobile MediaCenter LD carries a flat panel from 27 to 60 in on a rolling, height-adjustable column. It brings the screen to the room rather than committing a room to a screen — which is exactly what a Singapore business needs in leased premises where drilling a wall means a reinstatement bill at the end of the lease.
25 to 50 lbs — a Band, Not a Ceiling
Ergotron rates the LD at 25 to 50 lbs (11.3 to 22.7 kg), and both ends of that range are real. The Constant Force lift is counterbalanced to the load it carries, so a panel under 25 lbs will drift upward instead of holding position, and one over 50 lbs will not stay at height. Weigh your display before ordering — this is the specification that most often gets a MediaCenter cart returned.

The column gives 20 in (51 cm) of travel across a height range of 38.4 to 58.4 in (974 to 1484 mm), moving with a light touch and holding wherever it is set — no crank, no motor, no power outlet. Overall height including the display is 64 in (1633 mm), which sets a comfortable sightline for a standing presenter or a seated meeting-room audience.
Broad VESA Support and 20° of Tilt
Ergotron specifies VESA MIS-D, MIS-E and MIS-F support on the LD, covering hole patterns from 75 x 75 mm through to 600 x 600 mm — the widest VESA range in the MediaCenter family. Compatibility & Fit
The capacity is a range, and the minimum matters as much as the maximum. This is the single most important thing to understand before ordering a MediaCenter cart. Ergotron’s MediaCenter lifts use Constant Force™ technology, which is counterbalanced for a load band rather than simply rated to a ceiling. Fit a display lighter than the minimum and the lift is over-tensioned — the screen will drift upward and will not stay where you put it. Fit one heavier than the maximum and it will not hold at height. Any listing that quotes only an “up to” figure for a Constant Force product is telling you half the specification. Weigh your display and confirm it sits inside the band, or send SourceIT the model and we will check it for you.
Display size: 27 to 60 in, with one caveat worth knowing. Ergotron’s MediaCenter datasheet gives 27 to 60 in for the LD, while Ergotron’s own DIM-NFMMC dimensional drawing — the engineering document — prints 27 to 55 in. We publish both rather than quietly picking one. If your panel is 55 in or smaller you are inside both figures; if it falls between 55 and 60 in, send SourceIT the model and we will confirm with Ergotron before you commit.
VESA: the widest support in the range. The LD accepts VESA MIS-D, MIS-E and MIS-F, spanning hole patterns from 75 x 75 mm through to 600 x 600 mm. Ergotron’s installation guide also identifies a small-display group — 75 x 75, 100 x 100, 200 x 100 and 200 x 200 mm — carrying a reduced capacity band of 25 to 36 lbs (11.3 to 16 kg). If your screen uses one of those smaller patterns, work to the 36 lb figure, not the 50 lb one.
Mounting: nothing fixed. This is a free-standing mobile cart on a 29.4 in x 22 in (746 x 559 mm) base with 4 in (10 cm) casters, two locking. There is no desk clamp, no grommet and no wall fixing, so no desk thickness to check and nothing to drill — the practical answer for leased offices, training rooms, classrooms and clinical areas.
Ultrawide and curved panels. Weight is the deciding factor, not curvature. Check the panel sits inside the 25 to 50 lb band and uses a supported VESA pattern; very large curved panels frequently exceed 50 lbs, in which case the MediaCenter VHD (24-191-085) at 50 to 90 lbs (22.7 to 40.8 kg) is the correct model.

Can I put a PC on the shelf?
