PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Cisco Business CBS350 24 Port PoE 195W Managed Switch (CBS350-24P-4G) — Local Warranty
24 PoE+ Gigabit Ports for Small Business Networks
The Cisco Business CBS350-24P-4G is a managed Layer 3 switch with 24 10/100/1000 ports, all supporting IEEE 802.3at PoE+, and four dedicated 1 Gigabit SFP uplink slots. It is designed for small and medium businesses that need to power IP phones, wireless access points and IP cameras from the switch while keeping full managed-switch features.
195W PoE Power Budget
The switch provides a 195W PoE budget shared across its 24 PoE+ ports. Cisco's datasheet lists system power consumption of about 34W without PoE load and about 237-240W with PoE load, from an internal 100-240V universal power supply.
Layer 3 Static Routing and RIP
Beyond VLANs and Layer 2 switching, the CBS350 supports Layer 3 inter-VLAN routing with up to 990 static routes, up to 128 IP interfaces and RIP v2, letting a small site route between user, voice and camera VLANs without a separate router.
Security and QoS
Security features include IEEE 802.1X port access authentication, DHCP snooping, IP Source Guard, DoS prevention and up to 1,024 ACL rules. Eight hardware queues per port support QoS for voice and video, and IPv6 is supported throughout.
Simple Management
The CBS350 can be managed through its web interface, CLI, SNMP v1/v2c/v3 or Cisco Business Dashboard. A USB Type-A slot is provided for file management, and up to four CBS350 switches can be stacked and managed as a single unit.
End-of-Sale Status
Cisco has announced End-of-Sale for the CBS350-24P-4G regional variants, with Cisco Catalyst 1300 (C1300-24P-4G) named as the replacement. Cisco support continues to 31 October 2029. Details are in the Compatibility accordion below.
