Connect HDMI Servers to ATEN Cat 5 KVM
The KA7168 plugs into a computer's HDMI and USB ports and links it to an ATEN Cat 5 or KVM over IP switch over a standard RJ-45 cable.
Virtual Media and Smart Card Support
With compatible ATEN switches, the KA7168 supports virtual media, so remote operators can mount drives and images on the server, and smart card / CAC reader access for secure authentication.
Auto Signal Compensation
ASC tunes video for different cable lengths with no DIP switches, supporting up to 1920 x 1200 (reduced blanking).
Keeps Servers Running Smoothly
Keyboard and mouse emulation keeps the server responsive when the console is switched away. Built-in ASIC, compact housing and lifetime firmware upgrades.

Selection Tip
Virtual media and CAC need a switch that supports them; ATEN lists models such as the KH1508A and KL1508A as not supporting these functions. For DisplayPort servers choose the KA7169.
