360mm AIO Liquid Cooling
The ROG Astral LC pairs the GeForce RTX 5090 with a pre-filled 360mm all-in-one liquid cooler. A full-coverage copper cold plate cools the GPU, VRAM and power stages, and the 360 x 38mm radiator has 50% more dissipation area than ASUS's previous generation, which ASUS rates at up to 30% better than pure air cooling.
Compact 2.5-Slot Card
With the heat moved to the radiator, the card itself is only 2.5 slots thick (288.46 x 153.7 x 48 mm), leaving room for capture cards, NICs or extra NVMe adapters. An axial-tech fan and low-profile heatsink under the shroud keep the power-delivery components cool.
Power Detector+, Dual BIOS and GPU Guard
Power Detector+ monitors all six pins on the 16-pin cable, dual BIOS switches between Performance and Quiet fan behaviour, and GPU Guard adhesive plus a GPU bracket protect the die. 80-amp MOSFETs and a conformal-coated PCB round out the build.
