The Yealink SIP-T31W brings wireless freedom to entry-level desk calling: built-in dual-band 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac, up to 433 Mbps) means it deploys anywhere without an Ethernet drop — warehouses, retail counters and temporary desks across Singapore. Its 2.3-inch backlit LCD, two SIP accounts with LED line keys and Yealink HD voice cover everyday calling cleanly.
Deploy Where the Cable Can’t Go
Connect over Wi-Fi with WPA2/WPA3 security, or use the dual 10/100 Ethernet ports with IEEE 802.3af PoE (Class 2) when wired suits. The full-duplex speakerphone with AEC, Smart Noise Filtering and G.722 wideband audio keep the experience professional at any location.

Does the Yealink T31W really work without any network cable?
Yes. Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac with WPA2/WPA3) connects it to your wireless network directly — just add power via the optional 5 V adapter. On wired desks, the dual Ethernet ports with PoE work as usual.
What is the difference between the T31W and the T31P/T31G?
The T31W adds built-in Wi-Fi; the T31P (10/100) and T31G (Gigabit) are wired-only. All three share the same 2.3" backlit display, 2 lines and HD voice.
What if I want a colour screen with Wi-Fi?
Step up to the SIP-T34W — 2.4" colour display, 4 lines, Gigabit Ethernet, a USB port and the same dual-band Wi-Fi.
Does the T31W have Bluetooth or USB?
No — the datasheet lists no Bluetooth or USB port. Headsets connect via the RJ9 port, with EHS wireless-headset support.
