Yealink SIP-T31P Entry-Level Business IP Phone
The Yealink SIP-T31P is a dependable entry-level SIP desk phone that brings Yealink HD Voice to every desk at minimal cost. Its 2.3-inch 132x64-pixel backlit graphical LCD, two SIP accounts with dedicated line keys and two memory keys cover everyday business calling cleanly and simply.
One-Cable PoE Deployment
With IEEE 802.3af PoE (Class 1) and dual 10/100 Ethernet ports, the T31P deploys with a single cable and shares the desk’s network drop with a PC. The full-duplex hands-free speakerphone with acoustic echo cancellation, RJ9 headset port with EHS wireless-headset support and Opus/G.722 wideband audio keep calls clear.
Built for Fleet Rollouts
Auto-provisioning via FTP/TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS, a 1000-entry local phonebook, local 5-way conferencing and an XML browser make the T31P easy to manage at scale — a favourite for Singapore offices, retail counters and warehouses standardising on affordable PoE calling.

Frequently Asked Questions — Yealink SIP-T31P
What is the difference between the Yealink T31P and T31G?
They are the same 2-line phone with one key difference: the T31G has dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the T31P has 10/100 Mbps ports. If the desk PC connects through the phone on a Gigabit network, choose the T31G.
Does the T31P need a power adapter?
Not if your switch provides IEEE 802.3af PoE — the phone draws only 3–4 W over PoE (Class 1). On non-PoE networks, add the optional Yealink 5 V / 0.6 A power adapter.
Can I use a headset with the T31P?
Yes. It has an RJ9 (4P4C) headset port and supports EHS wireless headsets via the EHS35 adapter — pair it with Yealink YHS34 or YHS36 QD-to-RJ wired headsets.
How many SIP accounts and simultaneous parties does it support?
Up to 2 SIP accounts, with local 5-way conferencing and a 1000-entry local phonebook.
Should I choose the T31P or step up to the T33G?
The SIP-T33G adds a 2.4" colour screen, 4 lines, 12 programmable DSS keys and Gigabit Ethernet for a modest premium — worth it for busier desks. The T31P remains the best-value choice for basic 2-line calling.
Does the SIP-T31P come with a warranty in Singapore?
Yes. Every SIP-T31P sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
