The Yealink SIP-T31G is the Gigabit version of Yealink’s dependable entry desk phone — the same clean 2-line calling experience with dual-port Gigabit Ethernet, so the connected workstation keeps full network speed. A 2.3-inch 132 x 64-pixel backlit graphical LCD and two line keys with LED cover everyday calling simply.

With IEEE 802.3af PoE (Class 1) and dual Gigabit ports, the T31G deploys with one cable while passing Gigabit through to the PC. Yealink HD voice, Smart Noise Filtering and a full-duplex hands-free speakerphone with AEC keep every call clear.

What is the difference between the Yealink T31G and T31P?
The T31G has dual-port Gigabit Ethernet; the T31P has 10/100 Mbps ports. If the desk PC connects through the phone on a Gigabit network, choose the T31G.
Does the T31G need a power adapter?
Not on a PoE switch — it is IEEE 802.3af Class 1 and draws 3–4 W over PoE. The optional Yealink 5 V / 0.6 A adapter covers non-PoE deployments.
Can I use a wireless headset with the T31G?
Yes. The RJ9 headset port supports EHS wireless headsets, and Yealink YHS34/YHS36 QD-to-RJ wired headsets connect directly.
Is the T31G a colour-screen phone?
No — it uses a 2.3" backlit graphical LCD. For a colour screen and 4 lines, see the SIP-T33G.
What if my desk has no network point?
Choose the SIP-T31W — the same 2-line experience with built-in dual-band Wi-Fi.
