Poly Savi 8220 Office Wireless DECT Headset — Overview
The Poly Savi 8220 Office is a premium three-way wireless DECT headset system built around the Savi 8200 Office base, connecting a desk phone, a computer softphone and a Bluetooth mobile at the same time. It is a dual-ear stereo headband design on the 1880-1900 MHz DECT band used in Singapore, with up to 180 m of roaming range and DECT Forum security certification. This is the UC build, for organisations running Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, a hosted PBX or a mix of softphones.
Three-Way Connectivity: Desk Phone, PC and Mobile
One base, three connections. The Savi 8200 Office base takes a USB Type-A cable to the computer, an RJ-11 telephone interface cable to the desk phone, and pairs over Bluetooth v4.2 to a mobile — so a user answers all three from the same headset and can conference on two devices at once. For Singapore offices still running a desk phone alongside Teams or Zoom, this removes the second headset entirely.

Will the DECT band work in Singapore?
Yes. This is the 1880-1900 MHz build, which is the DECT band used in Singapore and across EMEA and Asia Pacific. Do I need anything else to use it with my desk phone and my PC?
No. The Office base is the whole system: the supplied USB Type-A cable connects it to the computer, the supplied RJ-11 telephone cable connects it to the desk phone, and the base pairs to a mobile over Bluetooth.
