Microsoft Entra Suite Annual Subscription (12 Months)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Microsoft Entra Suite Annual Subscription (CFQ7TTC0NZT8:0004) - Local Support
Identity, Access and Network Security in One Bundle
The Entra Suite gathers Microsoft's identity governance, identity protection, network-access and verifiable-credential products into a single subscription. In practice it is the bundle an organisation buys when it wants to retire a legacy VPN, put access reviews and joiner-mover-leaver automation on a proper footing, and add risk-based protection to sign-ins — without buying four separate products.
What Microsoft Lists in It — and Where Its Own Pages Disagree
Both Microsoft sources agree on five components: Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Microsoft Entra ID Protection, Microsoft Entra Private Access, Microsoft Entra Internet Access and Microsoft Entra Verified ID. The Entra Suite product page adds a sixth, Microsoft Entra Tenant Governance, described as "Discover and govern tenants across your organization". The Microsoft Learn trial page does not mention Tenant Governance at all, and neither does the Entra pricing page. Two of the three official pages omit it, so confirm with us in writing whether it is in scope before you buy on the strength of it.
Microsoft Entra ID P1 Is Required, and Is Not Included
This is the most expensive assumption on this product. Microsoft states it on two separate pages: "Requires a subscription to Microsoft Entra ID P1 or a plan that includes Microsoft Entra ID P1", and "A subscription to Microsoft Entra ID P1 or a package that includes Microsoft Entra ID P1 is required." The Suite does not bundle P1 in. Entra ID P2 is not a prerequisite, though Microsoft notes that "Special pricing is available for Microsoft Entra ID P2 and Microsoft 365 E5 customers" — worth asking us about if that describes you.
Which Components Are Also Sold Separately
If you only need one piece, you may not need the bundle. On Microsoft's Entra pricing page, ID Governance, Internet Access, Private Access and Verified ID each appear as their own purchasable product. Entra ID Protection has no standalone card — it appears only within the comparison table — and Tenant Governance has neither a card nor a mention. Tell us which capability is actually driving the requirement and we will price both routes.

What Microsoft Does Not Publish for This Product
The following are commonly asked about but are not stated on any current official Microsoft source for this product, so SourceIT does not quote them: a minimum seat count, whether Entra Tenant Governance is genuinely part of the Suite, a lifecycle policy listing for this subscription SKU and a mapping between the commerce SKU identifier and this product. We would rather leave a field blank than print a figure we cannot substantiate.
Lifecycle, End of Support and Entitlement
SourceIT sells this as a twelve-month subscription with a GST invoice in Singapore. The subscription is a right to use the service for the term, not a perpetual licence: when the term ends the entitlement ends unless it is renewed.
Microsoft publishes no lifecycle listing for the Entra Suite subscription, so this page does not claim one, and no retirement or replacement announcement is published for it. The one live uncertainty is the component list: Microsoft's product page names six components and its Learn trial page names five, omitting Entra Tenant Governance. Ask our team to confirm the component list in writing with your quotation, particularly if Tenant Governance is part of why you are buying.
Talk to our team before the renewal date rather than after it. Seat counts, mid-term changes and co-terming with the rest of your Microsoft estate are all easier to arrange in advance, and we can quote the alternatives if a bundle would work out better for you.
Support and Entitlement Position
This is a software subscription, not hardware. It carries no hardware warranty, and any warranty term you see on a hardware listing does not apply here. What you are buying is a twelve-month right to use the service, together with SourceIT's local support in Singapore. Microsoft's own condition is that technical and billing support for a subscription bought through a partner runs through that partner, so for this subscription that means us: raise the ticket with SourceIT and we escalate to Microsoft where it needs to go. Renewal, seat changes and co-terming are handled on your SourceIT account. Ask our team for the current entitlement position in writing with your quotation.
Compatibility, Deployment and System Requirements
Check what you already own before you buy this. Several Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security bundles already include this service, and a tenant that buys it separately can end up paying twice for the same entitlement. Send us your current subscription list and we will check your existing entitlements before we quote.
The prerequisite is the thing to settle first. Microsoft Entra ID P1 must be held, either bought directly or included in a plan such as Microsoft 365 E3 or E5, and the Suite does not supply it. If you are pricing the Suite for a tenant that does not yet have P1, the P1 licences belong in the same quotation.
Two of the components change your network as well as your directory. Entra Private Access and Entra Internet Access are network-access products, so their deployment touches your connectivity design rather than just your identity configuration. Tell us what you are replacing — a VPN concentrator, a secure web gateway, or both — and we will make sure the scoping conversation includes the right people.

Frequently Asked Questions — Entra Suite Annual Subscription
Does the Suite include Microsoft Entra ID P1?
No, and this is the most common costly assumption on this product. Microsoft states on two separate pages that a subscription to Entra ID P1, or a plan that includes it, is required. If your tenant does not already hold P1 — through Microsoft 365 E3 or E5, for example — those licences need to be in the same quotation. Send us your licence list and we will check.
Is Entra Tenant Governance included?
Microsoft's own pages do not agree. The Entra Suite product page lists it as a component, described as "Discover and govern tenants across your organization". The Microsoft Learn trial page and the Entra pricing page do not mention it at all. Two of three official pages omit it. If Tenant Governance is part of why you are buying, ask us to get the position confirmed in writing before you order.
Can we buy just one component instead?
Some of them, yes. ID Governance, Internet Access, Private Access and Verified ID each appear as their own purchasable product on Microsoft's Entra pricing page. ID Protection does not have a standalone card — it appears only inside the comparison table. Tell us which capability is actually driving the requirement and we will price the single product against the Suite.
We are on Microsoft 365 E5. Does that change the price?
It may. Microsoft states that "Special pricing is available for Microsoft Entra ID P2 and Microsoft 365 E5 customers", without publishing the figures. Tell us what you hold and we will find out what applies on the route we would quote you.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Microsoft publishes no minimum seat count for the Entra Suite. Practical minimums come from the purchasing programme rather than the product, so ask our team what applies to your quotation.
