Logitech Alto Keys K98M Wireless Mechanical Keyboard Graphite (920-013584) - 2 Years Local Warranty
Logitech Alto Keys K98M — Hot-Swappable Mechanical Keyboard for the Office
The Logitech Alto Keys K98M (part number 920-013584) brings mechanical typing into a 98-key office layout. Logitech fits hot-swappable linear Marble switches with a 40 g actuation force, 1.9 mm actuation distance and 3.2 mm of total travel, rated for 50 million key presses. Because the switches are hot-swappable, a keyboard bought today can be re-tuned to a different switch feel later without soldering.
UniCushion Gasket Mount and PBT Keycaps for a Refined Typing Sound
A full-frame UniCushion gasket structure absorbs vibration as you type, which is what gives the K98M a deeper, less hollow sound than a typical membrane office board. Durable PBT keycaps resist the shine that develops on cheaper ABS caps, and a transparent top case shows the white backlighting through the frame.
Logi Bolt and Bluetooth with Easy-Switch Across Three Devices
The K98M connects over Bluetooth Low Energy or the included Logi Bolt USB-A receiver, with a 10 metre wireless range. Dedicated F1, F2 and F3 Easy-Switch channel keys move the keyboard between three paired devices, so one board can drive a work laptop, a desktop and a tablet. Fn+P and Fn+O switch the key layout between Windows and macOS.
A Year of Battery Life and Logi Options+ Customisation
A 1500 mAh lithium-polymer battery is rated for up to one year of use with the backlight off and charges over USB-C in about four hours, so overnight downtime is never an issue. Logi Options+ handles action-key customisation on Windows and macOS, and the power LED shows green from 100% down to 11% battery and red below 10%.

Frequently Asked Questions — Logitech Alto Keys K98M
Is the Alto Keys K98M a real mechanical keyboard?
Yes. Logitech specifies mechanical, hot-swappable linear Marble switches with 40 g actuation force, 1.9 mm actuation distance, 3.2 mm travel and 50 million key press durability, mounted in a UniCushion full-frame gasket structure with PBT keycaps.
What does hot-swappable mean in practice?
The switches lift out of the socket and can be replaced without soldering, so you can change the typing feel later or replace a single failed switch instead of the whole keyboard. Note that Logitech does not list a switch puller in the box contents.
Can it connect to more than one computer?
Yes. Dedicated F1, F2 and F3 Easy-Switch channel keys move the keyboard between paired devices, over Bluetooth Low Energy or the included Logi Bolt USB-A receiver, with a 10 metre range.
How long does the battery last and how does it charge?
Logitech rates the 1500 mAh lithium-polymer battery at up to one year with the backlight off. It charges over USB-C in about four hours using the 1 m cable supplied. Logitech does not publish a figure for battery life with the backlight on, so expect materially less if you leave it lit.
How does it compare with the MX Keys S or MX Mechanical?
The MX Keys S is a low-profile scissor keyboard aimed at quiet, flat typing, while the MX Mechanical range offers low-profile mechanical switches in tactile, linear and clicky variants. The Alto Keys K98M is the full-height, gasket-mounted, hot-swappable option with a heavier 1100 g chassis that stays planted on the desk.
Is it managed by Logitech Sync for IT fleets?
Logitech does not list the Alto Keys K98M as a Logitech Sync or Logi Device Management device, so we do not claim fleet management support. It is customisable per user through Logi Options+. For centrally managed peripherals, ask us about the MX Keys Combo for Business range.
Does the Alto Keys K98M come with a local Singapore warranty from SourceIT?
Yes. Every Alto Keys K98M sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
