The Lenovo Wireless Stereo Headset is a Bluetooth over-ear headset for calls and music, with 31 hours of talk time on a single charge and adjustable and replaceable earcups. Replaceable pads matter more than they sound — earcups are what wear out first on a headset that gets daily use, and being able to renew them rather than the headset is the difference between a three-year life and a one-year one.
Multipoint, So the Laptop and the Phone Stay Connected Together
Lenovo publishes Bluetooth multipoint for this headset, keeping two devices connected at the same time. Take a mobile call without unpairing from the laptop, and go back to the meeting afterwards.
Environmental Noise Cancellation, Not ANC
Lenovo describes "superior environmental noise cancellation" — that is microphone-side processing, so the people you are speaking to hear less of your office. Lenovo makes no active noise cancellation claim, so this headset does not quiet the room for you. It is a distinction most listings blur and we do not.

Compatibility & Fit
Two different things both called "noise cancelling"
This matters when comparing headsets and speakerphones, and it is the specification most often blurred. ENC — environmental noise cancellation — cleans up the microphone so the people you are talking to hear less of your surroundings. ANC — active noise cancellation — uses the speakers to cancel noise so you hear less of your surroundings. A product can have one, both or neither, and most business headsets in this price range have only the first. On every page in this range we state which one Lenovo actually publishes, and we do not describe an ENC product as noise cancelling without qualification.
Why this page has so many gaps. Lenovo publishes no datasheet, no brochure entry and no PSREF specification for this headset — only a product page with marketing copy. Its sibling, the Wireless VoIP Headset in the ordering table, has a full Lenovo datasheet and looks very similar on paper. It would have been easy to carry that headset's figures across to this page; we have not, because Lenovo has never said the two share hardware.
Which of the two headsets should you buy? If you need a documented specification, a Microsoft Teams certification, a USB receiver in the box or a published warranty term, buy the Wireless VoIP Headset — all four are published for it. This headset publishes 31 hours of talk time, multipoint and replaceable earcups, and very little else. Both are in the ordering table and we will happily quote them side by side.
Replaceable earcups deserve their own paragraph. On a headset worn for several hours a day, the pads perish long before the electronics do. A headset with replaceable earcups can be refreshed for the cost of a pad set instead of replaced. Ask us about pad availability for your fleet before you standardise.
Ask us before you commit. If the Bluetooth version, the battery capacity, the driver size, the weight or the warranty term matters, tell us which and we will get a written answer from Lenovo APAC before you order.
