The Lenovo USB-C 7-in-1 Hub carries three USB-A ports, an SD card reader, a microSD reader, HDMI and a USB-C charging port that passes power through to the laptop. The card readers are what make it different from Lenovo's other travel hubs — neither of them has one.
Read the Gaps Before You Order
Two things this hub does not have, both of which its siblings do. There is no Ethernet port — the Powered USB-C Travel Hub and the Travel Hub Gen 2 both have gigabit RJ45, and this one does not. And the HDMI is 1.4, so 4K runs at 30 Hz, which is fine for a slide deck and unpleasant for a working desktop.
The USB-C Port Is for Charging Only
It accepts a Lenovo 45 W or 65 W USB-C adapter and passes charge to the laptop. It carries no video and no data. Note also that Lenovo publishes the hub's own 15 W consumption but does not publish how many watts actually reach the laptop — the Powered hub publishes 52 W; this one publishes nothing, so we quote nothing.

Compatibility & Fit
Buy this one for the card readers. SD and microSD slots are the only reason to choose it over Lenovo's other two travel hubs, and for a photographer, a videographer, anyone working with dashcams or drones, or an IT technician handling machine images, they are a good reason. Neither of the other hubs has one.
Buy one of the others if you need Ethernet. This is the largest of Lenovo's three travel hubs and the only one without a network port. If wired networking is part of what you need on the road — and in hotels and conference venues it usually is — the Powered USB-C Travel Hub gives you Ethernet, 4K at 60 Hz and published 52 W charging, and the Travel Hub Gen 2 gives you Ethernet in a much smaller body. Both are in the ordering table.
On the unpublished charging figure. Lenovo says the USB-C port accepts 45 W and 65 W adapters but never states how much reaches the laptop. Its sibling publishes 52 W from a 65 W adapter, and this hub has the same 15 W self-consumption — but Lenovo has not published the number for this product and we are not going to infer it. If charging speed matters, ask us and we will get it confirmed.
247 mm is long. This hub is nearly twice the length of the Powered hub and more than three times the length of the Gen 2. That is the price of seven ports in a single row. It still weighs only 92 grams, but it will not disappear into a shirt pocket.

Lenovo does not publish a figure. It states the hub accepts Lenovo 45 W and 65 W USB-C adapters and that the hub itself consumes up to 15 W, but never says how much reaches the laptop. Its sibling publishes 52 W; we are not going to assume this one matches. Ask us and we will get it confirmed.
What resolution will the HDMI drive?
Up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz — it is HDMI 1.4. Fine for presentations, poor for a working desktop or video. If 4K at 60 Hz matters, the Powered USB-C Travel Hub is the model with HDMI 2.0.
What card formats does it read?
Lenovo publishes an SD reader and a microSD (TF) reader. It does not publish a speed class — no UHS-I or UHS-II rating — so we cannot tell you how fast they are. If transfer speed matters for large video files, ask us and we will try to get it confirmed.
