PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Lenovo ThinkStation P360 Ultra Workstation (30G1004TSG) - Singapore Local Warranty

Lenovo ThinkStation P360 Ultra

The ThinkStation P360 Ultra packs a 12th Gen Intel Core processor, a professional NVIDIA graphics card and two Ethernet ports into a 3.9-litre, 3.6 kg chassis built around a dual-sided motherboard. It was Lenovo's answer to putting real workstation graphics somewhere a tower will not go - behind a display, under a bench, in a shallow rack shelf.

Read this first: Lenovo has withdrawn this machine

Lenovo marks the ThinkStation P360 Ultra as withdrawn from marketing in its own PSREF product database, and names no successor for it. The machine is still supported and this listing is still priced, but it is an end-of-life platform and should be bought with that understood - typically to match an existing fleet, to keep a validated software configuration running, or to stand in as a like-for-like replacement. If this is a new deployment, ask us about the current alternatives listed in the ordering table below before you commit.

This listing does not document its configuration

There is no distributor build sheet on this listing, so the processor, memory, storage, graphics card and power supply actually fitted to 30G1004TSG are not documented anywhere we can source. The specification table below is Lenovo's published option list for the machine type - it tells you what the platform supports, not what this unit contains. We have deliberately left the configuration rows reading "not documented" rather than filling them from the old marketing copy, which asserted figures nothing supported. Ask us and we will get the build confirmed in writing.

What the 3.9-litre design costs

The dual-sided board is what makes the volume possible, and Lenovo publishes the consequences plainly: memory is SO-DIMM across four slots but only two channels; there is one 2.5-inch drive bay and RAID 0/1 only; there are two PCIe slots, one of which is fed by an MXM-to-PCIe riser; several of the graphics options are MXM laptop GPUs rather than desktop cards; and power comes from an external adapter. It is a genuine workstation, but it is not a small tower.

Bought and supported in Singapore

We supply, invoice and support this machine locally. This page claims no warranty duration: Lenovo's published base terms for the machine type are in the table below, and no build sheet records which was configured for this part number. Ask us to confirm both the configuration and the service level on the quotation and we will put them in writing.

Specification note. Lenovo publishes workstation specifications per machine type, so the graphics, memory and storage options in the PSREF table describe what the platform supports, not what this part number ships with. The build-sheet table is the per-SKU source. Lenovo publishes no cooling, acoustics or total-power figures for these machines, and no per-configuration power-supply sizing rule, so none is stated here. Please confirm the exact configuration with us before ordering. Specifications and prices are subject to change by Lenovo without notice.

Compatibility & Fit

Why this page carries two specification tables

Lenovo's PSREF specification book is published per machine type, and it lists the processor, graphics, memory, storage, wireless card and warranty term as options the platform supports rather than as facts about any one part number. Lenovo's per-part-number pages are not readable by any automated tool. So this page keeps the two sources visibly apart: the build-sheet table states what our distributor records for this exact part number, and the PSREF table states what Lenovo publishes for the machine type. Where the two disagree we print both and say so rather than choosing for you, and anything neither source states is marked not stated rather than estimated.

Warranty on this configuration

Lenovo's published base warranty options for this machine type are in the specification table above, and Premier Support is not among them - the phrase does not appear in the book. Because there is no build sheet for this part number, nothing records which term was configured, so this page claims no duration. An earlier version of this listing carried "3 Years Local Warranty" in its heading with no source behind it. On a withdrawn machine, the service position is worth settling in writing before you order, and we will do that with the quotation.

Buying a withdrawn machine sensibly

There are good reasons to buy an end-of-life workstation: matching an existing fleet so one image and one spares pool cover everything, keeping a validated or certified software configuration on the platform it was signed off against, or replacing a failed unit like-for-like mid-project. There are poor reasons too, mostly price. Because Lenovo names no successor for this machine, any mapping to a current model is our recommendation rather than Lenovo's - the ordering table below is offered on that basis, and we are happy to walk through the differences.

What Lenovo does not publish for any ThinkStation

No cooling or thermal specification, no acoustic data, no total system power draw, no per-configuration power-supply sizing rule, and no named ISV certification - the book carries only a reference link. This page therefore makes no claim on any of those points, and the previous copy's certification claims have been removed. Where you need one of these figures for a tender or a facilities sign-off, ask us and we will get it from Lenovo in writing.

Package Contents & ThinkStation Ordering Information

What Lenovo publishes about the box:

  • Lenovo ThinkStation P360 Ultra workstation
  • Power cord and Lenovo documentation
  • Keyboard and mouse - not documented for this part number

Lenovo does not publish a box-contents list per part number, and this listing carries no build sheet, so the accessories supplied with this unit are not documented. Ask us to confirm what ships with it.

Lenovo's PSREF specification book is the authoritative source for the chassis and platform. Lenovo publishes withdrawal status in PSREF product titles, which is how the lifecycle status above was established.

Frequently Asked Questions — Lenovo ThinkStation P360 Ultra

Is this machine still current?

No. Lenovo marks the ThinkStation P360 Ultra as withdrawn from marketing in its own PSREF database. It remains supported, and we can still supply it, but it is an end-of-life platform and you should buy it deliberately rather than by default.

What has Lenovo replaced it with?

Lenovo names no successor for this machine. Any mapping to a current model is our recommendation rather than Lenovo's published guidance, which is why the ordering table below labels the alternatives as current machines rather than as replacements. Tell us the workload and we will make a specific recommendation.

What exactly is in this unit?

We cannot tell you from published sources. There is no distributor build sheet on this listing and Lenovo publishes its specifications per machine type, so the processor, memory, storage and graphics card fitted are not documented. Ask us and we will get the configuration confirmed in writing before you order.

What warranty does it come with?

Lenovo's published base terms for the machine type are listed in the specification table above. Nothing records which one was configured for this part number, so this page makes no duration claim. We will confirm the service level with the quotation.

Will it run Windows 11?

Lenovo's published operating-system list for this machine type includes Windows 11, and it also includes Windows 10 - which reflects the machine's age. Windows 10 is past Microsoft's end-of-support date, so if this unit arrives with Windows 10 preloaded, plan the upgrade path before deployment. Ask us to confirm the preload.

What cooling does it use, and how loud is it?

Lenovo publishes no cooling, thermal or acoustic data for any ThinkStation, so neither is stated here. If the machine is going somewhere noise matters, ask us and we will get a figure from Lenovo rather than guess.

Which applications is it certified for?

Lenovo names none. The specification book gives only a reference link to its workstation ISV certification site and lists no application, so this page claims certification for no software. The previous version of this listing named specific applications; nothing we can source supported that.
