65 W With the Full Power Delivery Voltage Range
Unlike most of Lenovo's chargers, this one is properly documented. Lenovo publishes 5 V / 3 A, 9 V / 3 A, 15 V / 3 A and 20 V / 3.25 A over USB Power Delivery 3.0, from an AC input of 100 to 240 V. Lenovo also states operating-system independence — it charges any USB-C Power Delivery device, from a phone to a laptop, not only Lenovo machines.
117 Grams and Smaller Than a Deck of Cards
59.7 x 42.5 x 30 mm and 117 grams for the adapter body, with plugs from 13 to 20 grams each. Carry just the plug you need and the whole kit weighs under 140 grams — substantially less than most laptop bricks with a separate mains lead.

Compatibility & Fit
The four plugs are the whole product. A traveller moving between Singapore, Europe, Australia and the United States otherwise carries a charger plus a plug adapter, and the plug adapter is the piece that gets left in a hotel room. Twist-and-lock heads that stow in the same pouch as the charger solve that. Carry only the ones you need and the weight penalty is negligible.
It is not a Lenovo-only charger. Lenovo publishes operating-system independence and describes it as supporting "smartphones to laptops". Any USB-C Power Delivery device will charge from it — a phone, a tablet, a MacBook, a Nintendo Switch. For a household or a travelling team, one charger genuinely can serve everything with a USB-C port.
Check the 65 W figure against your machine. Business ultrabooks and most 14-inch laptops charge fully at 65 W. A mobile workstation or a large 16-inch machine that shipped with a 135 W or 170 W adapter will charge slowly from this and may lose ground under load — useful as a travel spare, not as a replacement for its own brick.
