Jabra Evolve 20 MS Stereo Wired Office Headset for Professional Calls
The Jabra Evolve 20 MS Stereo Office Headset USB-A (4999-823-109) is a plug-and-play corded headset engineered for clear, reliable business calls. It is certified for Microsoft Skype for Business and optimised for Microsoft Teams, with a dual-ear (stereo) design that helps you focus in noisy open offices and enjoy music between calls. A noise-cancelling boom microphone keeps your voice clear even in a busy Singapore office or hybrid work-from-home setup.
Noise-Cancelling Microphone and PeakStop Hearing Protection
The uni-directional ECM microphone filters out surrounding chatter so the other end hears you, not the office. Jabra PeakStop technology removes sudden harmful sound spikes before they reach your ears, keeping audio within safe levels through a full day of calls.
Simple USB-A Plug-and-Play Setup
Connect the 2.15 m USB-A cable and you are ready — no drivers, no pairing, no charging. The in-line control unit puts answer/end, volume and mute at your fingertips, with an indicator light that shows colleagues when you are on a call.

Frequently Asked Questions — Jabra Evolve 20
What is the difference between the MS and UC versions?
MS variants are certified/optimised for Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams, with Microsoft-specific call notifications. UC variants are tuned for other platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet and Cisco Webex. Both work as standard USB audio devices on Windows and macOS.
Should I choose Mono or Stereo?
Mono (single ear) keeps you aware of colleagues and walk-up visitors — popular for reception, retail and helpdesk roles. Stereo (dual ear) blocks more office noise and is better for concentration and music.
How does the Evolve 20 compare with the Evolve 30 II and Evolve 40?
The Evolve 20 is the entry model with USB-only connectivity. The Evolve 30 II adds a 3.5 mm jack for phones and tablets, and the Evolve 40 adds a busylight on the ear cups plus a stow-away magnetic boom arm. For a current-generation option, see the Jabra Evolve2 30.
Can I use the Evolve 20 with my phone or tablet?
The Evolve 20 connects via USB-A only. If you need a 3.5 mm jack for mobile devices, choose the Evolve 30 II or Evolve 40.
Does the Jabra Evolve 20 need charging?
No. The Evolve 20 is a corded USB headset powered by your computer — there is no battery, no charging and no wireless pairing, so it is always ready and inherently secure (no radio transmission).
Does it come with a local warranty?
Yes. Every Evolve 20 sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
