Frequently Asked Questions — Pura 80 Pro
Does the Pura 80 Pro come with Google apps?
The Pura 80 Pro runs EMUI 15.0 and uses HUAWEI AppGallery as its app store. Google Mobile Services are not listed in Huawei's specifications, so check that the apps you rely on are available through AppGallery before you buy.
Does the Pura 80 Pro support 5G and eSIM?
Huawei's Singapore specifications for model LMR-LX9 list 4G LTE, 3G and 2G bands only, so this model is a 4G phone. It is dual SIM, taking one Nano SIM plus either a second Nano SIM or an eSIM; eSIM availability depends on your carrier.
Is a charger included in the box?
Yes. Huawei lists a charger, a USB Type-C cable, a clear case (market dependent), a quick start guide, an eject tool and a warranty card in the box. The 80 W wireless charging requires a separately sold HUAWEI wireless charger and 100 W adapter.
