The Ergotron Neo-Flex Fixed Wall Mount, UHD carries a display of up to 175 lb (79.4 kg) and a maximum screen size of 80", making it one of the highest-capacity fixed mounts in the Ergotron range. Ergotron recommends it for flat panels of 37" and larger, so it suits the large UHD, LED, OLED and LCD panels used for boardroom displays, digital signage and lobby screens.
A 1.7" (4.4 cm) Wall Profile That Keeps Large Screens Tight to the Wall
The mount holds the panel just 1.7" (4.4 cm) from the wall. Ergotron's installation guide covers two wall types: solid wood studs, where the wall plate must be centred on the studs, and solid concrete, where the widest 24" wall-plate configuration must be used. Most Singapore commercial and HDB installations are into concrete or block, so the supplied 8 mm x 65 mm lag bolts, steel washers and 10 mm wall anchors are the relevant hardware set.
Security Hardware and a Locking Bar as Standard
Two security Allen screws, a locking bar and a 4 mm security Allen wrench ship in the box, so a display in a public or semi-public space cannot simply be lifted off its rails. Display-side hardware covers M4, M5, M6 and M8 fixings in 15 mm and 30 mm lengths with spacers and washers, so most panels mount without a separate adapter purchase.

Compatibility & Fit
The Neo-Flex Fixed Wall Mount, UHD accepts display hole patterns from 100 x 100 mm up to 600 x 400 mm, which covers the great majority of 37" to 80" commercial and consumer panels. Two checks decide fit: the panel's hole pattern must fall inside that range, and its weight must be at or below 175 lb (79.4 kg). Ergotron sets one hardware restriction worth reading before installation — the supplied M4 screws must not be used where the hole pattern is larger than 200 x 200 mm.
This mount holds a single display and does not tilt, pan or roll. Fix the mounting height so the centre of the screen sits at seated or standing eye level for the room, because it cannot be angled down afterwards. If the screen faces a window and glare is likely, an articulating or tilting mount is the better choice.
Ultrawide and curved panels mount normally provided the hole pattern and weight fall within the figures above; curvature itself is not a limitation on a fixed mount. Ergotron documents installation into solid wood studs and solid concrete only. Plasterboard alone is not a supported substrate — on a stud wall the plate must be centred on the studs, and on concrete the widest 24" configuration must be used.
