Switch Any Outlet Remotely
The Eaton FlexPDU G2 FLXTSWC20C2 is a Switched rack PDU from Eaton's second-generation FlexPDU range. It takes a single-phase 16A IEC C20 feed and distributes up to 3.7 kW to 24 IEC outlets (20 x IEC C13 + 4 x IEC C19). Eaton's Switched models add remote on/off outlet switching, user-defined power-on/power-off sequences with delays and grouped outlet control to full-PDU metering with ±1% accuracy.
For Singapore server rooms, branch comms racks and colocation cages, that means a hung server, router or firewall can be power-cycled from your desk instead of waiting for someone to get on site, and equipment can be brought back up in a set order after a power event.
Full Network Management, Built for Security
Eaton's FlexPDU G2 Switched models include a hot-swappable network management module with a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port, full management through a web browser or SNMP, and support for HTTPS, SSH v2, SNMP, SMTP, DHCP, RADIUS, NTP and TELNET over IPv4 and IPv6. Firmware can be upgraded remotely, up to 8 external sensors can be connected, and the range supports cascade (daisy-chain) connection.
Eaton states the FlexPDU G2 network models meet the UL 2900-1 and IEC 62443-4-1 cybersecurity standards, and on 0U models the network management module can be replaced without interrupting power to the connected equipment.
Built for Safety in the Rack
Eaton equips every outlet with an anti-ejection mechanism so power cords are held firmly in place, uses pure copper for the main circuit conductors, and provides additional enclosure grounding points. Models rated 32A and above are fitted with hydraulic-magnetic circuit breakers.

What It Is Suited To
The FLXTSWC20C2 suits IT equipment with IEC C14 or C20 power cords — rack servers, storage arrays, switches, routers and firewalls. Keep the total connected load within 3.7 kW and within the rating of the supply that feeds the PDU.
Monitoring and Software
Manage the PDU from any web browser, or bring it into an existing monitoring or DCIM platform over SNMP (Eaton lists SNMP among the supported protocols, along with SMTP for e-mail alerts and RADIUS for central authentication). Outlet on/off control, sequencing and whole-PDU readings are available through the same network interface.
Input Plug and Supply
The input cord ends in an IEC C20 16A plug, which connects to an IEC C19 outlet — typically on a UPS or an upstream PDU. A standard BS 1363 wall socket cannot feed this PDU directly.

What is the difference between Managed, Switched and Metered Input?
Per Eaton, Metered Input models measure the whole PDU; Switched models such as the FLXTSWC20C2 add remote outlet on/off switching, power sequencing and outlet groups; Managed models add per-outlet measurements on top of all of that.
Can I reboot a server remotely?
Yes. Individual outlets can be switched on and off remotely through the web interface or SNMP, and you can define the power-on/power-off order.
Does it measure each outlet?
No. Eaton lists full-PDU measurements (±1% accuracy) for Switched models; per-outlet measurements are a feature of the Managed models.
How do I access it remotely?
Through its 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port, using a web browser or SNMP. Supported protocols include HTTPS, SSH v2, SNMP, SMTP, DHCP, RADIUS, NTP and TELNET, over IPv4 and IPv6.
Can I add temperature or humidity sensors?
Yes — Eaton lists an external sensor capacity of 8 for FlexPDU G2 network models. Sensors are sold separately; ask us for a quote.
How many devices can I connect?
24 outlets: 20 x IEC C13 + 4 x IEC C19. C13 outlets take the common IEC C14 server/switch cord; C19 outlets take C20 cords used by higher-power equipment. The total load must stay within 3.7 kW.
What supply do I need?
A 230V 16A IEC C19 outlet (per Eaton's Singapore price list), for example on a UPS or upstream PDU, for the C20 input plug.
