Frequently Asked Questions — Dell PA13250
Is the display a touchscreen?
Yes. The 268V configurations use the 13.3-inch QHD+ (2560 x 1600) 500-nit touch panel; the other PA13250 listings are FHD+ non-touch.
Can I upgrade the memory later?
No. Memory is LPDDR5x on the processor package, so the 32GB here is fixed for the life of the laptop.
Does it have an Ethernet port?
No RJ45 is built in. Use a Dell USB-C or Thunderbolt dock, or a USB-C to Ethernet adapter.
Is it a Copilot+ PC?
Yes. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and the 48 TOPS NPU qualifies it as a Copilot+ PC.
What warranty do I get?
3 years Dell ProSupport, supplied locally by SourceIT with a GST invoice.
