Frequently Asked Questions — Dell PA13250

No. The 16GB LPDDR5x is on the processor package; choose a 32GB configuration (238V or 268V) if you need more.
Does it have an Ethernet port?
No RJ45 is built in. Use a Dell USB-C or Thunderbolt dock, or a USB-C to Ethernet adapter.
What does presence detection do?
The IR camera senses when you walk away or return, so the laptop can lock and wake automatically with Windows Hello.
Is it a Copilot+ PC?
Yes. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and the 48 TOPS NPU qualifies it as a Copilot+ PC.
What warranty do I get?
3 years Dell ProSupport, supplied locally by SourceIT with a GST invoice.
