ATEN CS1708A 8-Port PS/2-USB VGA KVM Switch with Daisy-Chain - 2 Years Local Warranty
One Console for Eight Servers
The CS1708A lets one PS/2 or USB keyboard, mouse and VGA monitor control up to eight computers from a 1U rack unit. Daisy-chain up to 31 more units to manage as many as 256 computers from one console.
PS/2 and USB, Mixed Platforms
Dual Interface supports computers with PS/2 or USB keyboards and mice, with automatic detection. Windows, Linux, Mac and Sun systems can be mixed on the same switch.
USB Peripheral Sharing
A front-accessible USB port lets the selected computer access a USB peripheral such as a flash drive. Video DynaSync stores the monitor's EDID to optimise resolution, with video up to 2048 x 1536.
Easy, Secure Operation
Select computers by front-panel pushbuttons, hotkeys or a multilingual on-screen display (OSD). Two-level password security, Auto Scan and Broadcast Mode are built in, and firmware upgrades reach every chained unit at once.
