The Touch-Panel Step Up From Starter
The ASUS GQE20A-G5010UN Small/Medium Room Kit targets the same room size as our Starter Kit — up to around 9 participants — but replaces the Starter's handheld remote control with a fixed 10.1-inch touchscreen control panel and swaps the speakerphone for a Google Meet speakermic with HDMI presentation input built into the panel. If your room needs someone to walk up and tap the screen to join, or needs a laptop plugged straight into the panel for local presentations, this is the kit in our range built for that, rather than the Starter Kit's remote-and-keyboard approach.
ePTZ Camera — Same Class as Starter, Not the Large Room's PTZ
The bundled camera is the same ePTZ (electronic pan-tilt-zoom) class fitted to the Starter Kit: a 4K UHD image sensor with an ultra-wide roughly 120° field of view and up to 4x digital zoom in Full HD output, with wide dynamic range and distortion correction for clear video across the room. This is a fixed-lens, digitally-framed camera, not the physically moving true PTZ camera in our Large Room kit — it suits a room where the table sits within one wide shot, which is the room size ASUS positions this kit for.
10.1-Inch Touch Control Panel with HDMI Input
The touch panel is a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen that handles one-touch meeting join and exit, volume and camera control, and participant management, and it carries an HDMI input so a laptop can be plugged in directly for local presentation without needing to be added as a Google Meet participant. That HDMI-in is a genuine practical difference from the Starter Kit, which has no dedicated presentation input on its remote control.
Speakermic with 360° Pickup, Daisy-Chainable
Audio is handled by a Google Meet speakermic with 360° omnidirectional pickup, up to roughly 6 metres of range, and echo cancellation and noise suppression processing — daisy-chainable in the same way as the Starter Kit's speakerphone, so a room that turns out to need broader coverage can add linked units rather than replace the audio system outright.
Same Compute Platform, Same Update Support
Underneath the camera and control differences, the Small/Medium Room Kit runs the identical Intel Core i5-1335U compute unit, 16GB DDR4 memory, 256GB NVMe SSD and ChromeOS build used across ASUS's current Google Meet range, with the same eight years of documented auto-update support and Google Admin Console management as the Starter and Large Room kits.

Cabling and Display Connection

Mounting
