TP-Link Deco X50-PoE AX3000 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System with PoE (3-Pack)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link AX3000 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System with PoE, 3-Pack (Deco X50-PoE) - 3 Years Local Warranty
Three AX3000 mesh units that can draw power over Ethernet instead of from a wall socket, so a node can sit on a ceiling or wall with one cable running to it. Each unit carries one 2.5 Gbps and one gigabit port, four internal antennas, and ships with ceiling and wall mounting kits. TP-Link publishes coverage of 6,500 sq ft for the 3-pack.
802.3at Power over Ethernet
The headline feature: each node accepts IEEE 802.3at PoE, so a single Ethernet run carries both data and power and the unit needs no socket where it is mounted. That is what makes ceiling placement practical in a flat or a small office. TP-Link does not publish which port accepts PoE power. No PoE injector or PoE switch is included in the box, only a DC power adapter.
One 2.5 Gbps Port and One Gigabit Port
Each unit carries one 2.5 Gbps and one gigabit Ethernet port, both WAN/LAN auto-sensing. The multi-gigabit port handles the incoming service or a wired backhaul hop without capping it at a gigabit; the gigabit port feeds a wired client. TP-Link's footnote applies: only one port can serve as WAN at a time.
Ceiling and Wall Mounting Included
Every pack ships with ceiling and wall mounting kits. Combined with PoE, the unit disappears above head height rather than occupying a shelf and a power point - the usual reason people specify this model over the standard X50.
AX3000 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 with Four Antennas
5 GHz at 2402 Mbps with HE160 and 2.4 GHz at 574 Mbps, four streams, 2x2 MU-MIMO and OFDMA, served by four internal antennas per unit. TP-Link notes that the Wi-Fi 6 features need client devices that support them.
HomeShield Security and Parental Controls
SPI firewall, access control, real-time IoT protection, malicious site blocking, intrusion prevention, DDoS prevention and a home network scanner, plus per-profile parental controls and QoS by device. The Basic plan is included at no charge.
Ideal For
Homes and small offices where nodes need to go on the ceiling or high on a wall with one cable and no power point, and larger Singapore properties where three mounted units cover the floor area cleanly. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty and GST invoice.

Taken from TP-Link's own Singapore product page for the Deco X50-PoE. Only the CE transmit-power figures are published above; the FCC figures on the same global page do not apply to Singapore-market units. TP-Link publishes no VPN server or client row and no beamforming row for this model - the standard Deco X50 does publish both. No RCM mark is listed for the X50-PoE, unlike the Deco X50. TP-Link does not tie its device-count figure to a pack size, so none is quoted here. Three things to know before ordering: TP-Link publishes adapter ratings only for EU and US versions and none for Singapore, so the local adapter rating is effectively unpublished; TP-Link's Singapore support page lists TWO hardware revisions, V1 and V1.60, and offers only a US-market datasheet; and TP-Link prints its own caveat on this page that “Models' appearances and specifications are not determined and will be updated accordingly. Please use the product images only for reference.”
Compatibility & Software Support
Set up and managed through the Deco app; TP-Link publishes Android 5.0 or later and iOS 9.0 or later, and notes the minimum rises as the app is updated. HomeShield is included on the free Basic plan, with a paid Pro tier.
Router mode and Access Point mode are both published, with IPv4 and IPv6 and Dynamic IP, Static IP, PPPoE, PPTP or L2TP on the WAN. No VPN server or client row is published for the X50-PoE; if a VPN server is a requirement, ask us and we will point you at a Deco where TP-Link publishes one.
On the wired side, TP-Link publishes the network services enabled by default: web server on TCP 80/443, DNS on TCP and UDP 53, DHCP server on UDP 67, and app management on TCP 22, 20001 and 30001 and UDP 20002. Useful if the unit sits behind a managed firewall.
Wi-Fi 6 features need client support as well, and seamless roaming needs clients supporting 802.11k/v/r.

Quoted from the 3-pack package-contents row published on TP-Link's Singapore Deco X50-PoE product page. No PoE injector and no PoE switch is included - the pack ships DC power adapters, so PoE powering needs an injector or PoE switch you already have or buy separately. Note also that one Ethernet cable ships with the 3-pack, not one per unit.

Frequently Asked Questions - Deco X50-PoE (3-Pack)
Does a PoE injector come in the box?
No. The pack ships DC power adapters and mounting kits. To power a unit over Ethernet you need an 802.3at PoE injector or a PoE switch, which we can quote alongside.
Which port takes the PoE input?
TP-Link does not publish which port accepts PoE power. The unit has one 2.5 Gbps and one gigabit port and supports 802.3at; ask us and we will confirm with the distributor before you cable a ceiling.
Is 802.3af supported as well?
TP-Link publishes 802.3at only and makes no statement about 802.3af.
How is it different from the standard Deco X50?
PoE, mounting kits and a flat ceiling-friendly shape, one 2.5 Gbps port and one gigabit port per unit against three gigabit ports on the standard Deco X50, and four internal antennas. The standard X50 publishes VPN and beamforming rows that the PoE model does not.
What warranty applies in Singapore?
3 years local replacement warranty, under TP-Link Singapore's published 3-year default for Deco mesh systems.
