TP-Link Deco BE25 BE5000 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 7 System (3-Pack)
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TP-Link BE5000 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 7 System, 3-Pack (Deco BE25) - 3 Years Local Warranty
Three Deco BE25 units on one Wi-Fi 7 network - the largest pack size TP-Link publishes for this model. Each node is dual-band with 5 GHz at 4324 Mbps on 802.11be, 2.4 GHz at 688 Mbps, four internal antennas and two 2.5 Gbps auto-sensing ports. TP-Link does not publish a coverage area for the Deco BE25 at any pack size, so none is stated here - send us your floor plan and we will advise on pack size.
Wi-Fi 7 on a Dual-Band Design
The BE25 brings the Wi-Fi 7 feature set - Multi-Link Operation (MLO), 4K-QAM and Multi-RUs - to a dual-band unit rather than a tri-band flagship. The 5 GHz radio runs Wi-Fi 7 IEEE 802.11be/ax/ac/n/a at 4324 Mbps and the 2.4 GHz radio runs 802.11ax/n/b/g at 688 Mbps, with WiFi Capacity published as Very High across six streams with OFDMA. TP-Link also lists a 320 MHz Channel among the model's Advanced Features, and publishes the BE25 as a dual-band system, with 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz radios only. Use of Wi-Fi 7 and Wi-Fi 6 features, MLO and 4K-QAM among them, requires client devices that support them too.
Wire the Hops You Can
On a dual-band mesh, a wireless hop shares a band with your devices, so every extra node costs some capacity. Each BE25 carries two 2.5 Gbps auto-sensing ports and TP-Link publishes optional Ethernet backhaul alongside AI-Driven Mesh, so any hop with a cable run available should use it. Wired and wireless hops can be mixed within the same three-node system.
Six 2.5 Gbps Ports Across Three Rooms
Three units give six 2.5 Gbps ports distributed around the property, every one of them WAN/LAN auto-sensing. One takes the incoming service; the rest can feed a desktop, a games console, a printer or a wired access point wherever a node happens to sit. TP-Link's footnote § states that 2.5 Gbps internet speeds require compatible service plans and equipment, and that only one port can serve as a WAN port at a time.
Connect Over 150 Devices
TP-Link publishes "Connect Over 150 Devices" for the Deco BE25. That figure is based on laboratory test data rather than a guarantee, as TP-Link's own footnote † sets out. It is not stated per pack size.
Published Software and Security
Network Security covers an SPI Firewall, Access Control and HomeShield Security - Real-Time IoT Protection, Malicious Site Blocker, Intrusion Prevention System, DDoS Attack Prevention and Home Network Scanner. WiFi Encryption is published as WPA-Personal, WPA2-Personal and WPA3-Personal. VPN Server and VPN Client roles are both published for OpenVPN, PPTP and L2TP/IPSec. Guest networks run on both bands with Effective Time and Bandwidth Control, and HomeShield Parental Controls and HomeShield QoS are managed from the Deco App. TP-Link states that HomeShield includes both basic and advanced features and that advanced features require a paid subscription.
Ideal For
Larger Singapore flats, maisonettes and small landed homes on a 1 Gbps or 2.5 Gbps plan, where two nodes still leave a dead corner. Supplied by SourceIT with local Singapore warranty and GST invoice.

TP-Link's Own Footnotes
Per TP-Link's Singapore Deco BE25 product page:
† Maximum wireless signal rates are the physical rates derived from IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. Connection to over 150 devices is based on laboratory test data, which analyzed the connections of different devices on the 5 GHz, and 2.4 GHz bands simultaneously. These devices simulated a typical home scenario by running simultaneous applications in the same room that included 4K video, 1080p video, 720p video, file downloading, web browsing, IP cameras, and other IoT devices. Actual wireless data throughput, wireless coverage, and connected devices are not guaranteed and will vary as a result of internet service provider factors, network conditions, client limitations, and environmental factors, including building materials, obstacles, volume and density of traffic, and client location.
△ Use of Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be), Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), and features including Multi-Link Operation (MLO), 4K-QAM, Multi-RUs, OFDMA, MU-MIMO and BSS Color requires clients to also support the corresponding features.
§ 2.5 Gbps internet speeds require compatible service plans and equipment. All WAN/LAN ports will operate as either WAN or LAN ports. Only one port can serve as a WAN port at a time.
* HomeShield includes both basic and advanced features. Advanced features require a paid subscription. For details, visit tp-link.com/homeshield. Some features are under development and will be supported with subsequent software updates.
☆ WiFi generations represent the wireless standard IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be. Users may require an extra modem device that is compatible with their internet service provider to gain internet access.

Frequently Asked Questions - Deco BE25 (3-Pack)
Do I need three units?
The 3-pack is the largest pack size TP-Link publishes for the Deco BE25. TP-Link publishes no coverage area for this model, in any market or pack size, so we will not quote one. Send us the floor area, number of storeys and wall construction and we will advise whether the 2-pack would do.
Does the BE25 have a 6 GHz band?
No. TP-Link publishes the Deco BE25 as a dual-band system, with 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz radios only. If you want a Deco with a 6 GHz radio, tell us the floor area and which models you are considering and we will confirm the band layout against TP-Link's own pages before you order.
What does the 320 MHz Channel entry mean?
TP-Link lists "320 MHz Channel" among the Deco BE25's Advanced Features, and publishes the model as dual-band with 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz radios. TP-Link does not publish which band the 320 MHz channel applies to, so we do not state one. Ask us before ordering if 320 MHz operation matters to you and we will check with TP-Link.
Should I wire the hops between units?
Where a cable run exists, yes. On a dual-band mesh a wireless hop shares a band with your devices, so wiring it keeps more capacity for clients.
Can some hops be wired and others wireless?
Yes. Both ports on every unit are WAN/LAN auto-sensing, so the three-node system can mix wired and wireless links.
What warranty does SourceIT provide?
Three years local Singapore warranty, per TP-Link's published replacement warranty policy, with a GST invoice on every unit.
