TP-Link's United Kingdom Deco BE95 page - the UK page carries the same BE33000 rating as the Singapore page - publishes: “Boosted Seamless Coverage – Mesh WiFi coverage for over 9,000 ft2 / 840 m2 (3-pack).” That figure is attributed to the UK page; TP-Link's Singapore Deco BE95 page publishes no coverage-area rating for this model. Actual coverage varies with layout, construction and obstacles - send us the floor area and number of storeys and we will advise. Two 6 GHz Radios on Every One of the Three Nodes
The BE95 publishes two separate 6 GHz radios per unit - 6 GHz-1 and 6 GHz-2, both at 11530 Mbps - alongside 5 GHz at 8647 Mbps and 2.4 GHz at 1148 Mbps. With four radios per node there is a band available to carry the link between units while the others stay in use by clients. TP-Link publishes the capacity of each unit as Very High: quad-band, 4×4 MU-MIMO, OFDMA and 16 streams, four on each band. Wi-Fi 7 With MLO, 320 MHz Channels and 4K-QAM
Each unit runs IEEE 802.11be/ax on 6 GHz, 802.11be/ax/ac/n/a on 5 GHz and 802.11ax/n/b/g on 2.4 GHz. Multi-Link Operation lets a capable client hold more than one band at a time, 4K-QAM raises the data carried per symbol, and TP-Link's footnote △ puts the 320 MHz channel width at double the 160 MHz of Wi-Fi 6 mesh while noting that 320 MHz is only available on the 6 GHz band. All of it depends on the client supporting the same features.
Twelve Multi-Gigabit Ports Across the Property
Every unit carries one 10 Gbps port, one 10 Gbps SFP+/RJ45 combo port and two 2.5 Gbps ports, all WAN/LAN auto-sensing, plus a USB 3.0 port that TP-Link publishes with FTP, media and Samba server roles. Across three units that is twelve multi-gigabit ports distributed where the nodes sit - study, living room, upper floor - so a NAS, a workstation or a wired access point can connect at speed without a long cable run. The SFP+ combo slot accepts a fibre module directly. TP-Link's footnote § notes that 10 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps internet speeds require compatible service plans and equipment, that all WAN/LAN ports operate as either WAN or LAN, and that only one port can serve as a WAN port at a time.
