The Deco BE22 is TP-Link's 4-stream dual-band BE3600 Wi-Fi 7 mesh system: 2882 Mbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, with MLO, 160 MHz channels and 4K-QAM, four internal antennas and two 1 Gbps auto-sensing ports. The 1-pack is a single Deco unit that works as a Wi-Fi 7 router or access point, or adds a node to an existing Deco mesh.
Wi-Fi 7 Speeds up to 3.6 Gbps
4K-QAM lifts Wi-Fi speeds up to 3.6 Gbps for bandwidth-intensive tasks such as cloud gaming and 8K video, while Multi-Link Operation and Multi-RUs deliver the lower latency, stronger anti-jamming and higher efficiency of Wi-Fi 7.
Stronger, More Flexible Backhaul
When the unit is meshed with other Decos, wireless and wired backhaul can be combined, with Wi-Fi 7 MLO increasing the aggregate flow rate between units. Its two 1 Gbps ports auto-sense WAN or LAN, so an Ethernet run between rooms can serve as backhaul.
Seamless AI-Driven Mesh
Deco Mesh forms one unified network with a single network name. AI-Roaming and TP-Link Mesh Technology move devices to the best Deco as you walk around, with adaptive path selection and self-healing rerouting if one unit has a problem. The Deco BE22 is compatible with every other Deco model, so coverage can be expanded at any time.
HomeShield, VPN and a Private IoT Network
HomeShield provides network protection, parental controls and protection away from home. VPN client and server are supported (OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP/IPSec), and a separate IoT Wi-Fi network with WPA3 keeps smart-home devices apart from your computers and phones. Setup and management run from the Deco app, with Alexa and Google Assistant support.
