Logitech Wave Keys Ergo Wireless Keyboard Graphite
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Logitech Wave Keys Ergo Wireless Keyboard Graphite (920-012281) - 2 Years Local Warranty
Logitech Wave Keys Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard for All-Day Typing Comfort
The Logitech Wave Keys (920-012281) is an ergonomic wireless keyboard built around a gently curved, wave-shaped key deck that supports the natural posture of your hands, wrists and forearms. Unlike a split ergonomic keyboard, the layout stays familiar, so there is no relearning period — staff sit down and type at full speed on day one. Logitech has it certified ergonomic by United States Ergonomics, and it is a straightforward upgrade for Singapore offices running workplace wellbeing or ergonomics programmes. The Graphite finish is the safe default for corporate desks and shared workstations — it hides fingerprints and matches almost any monitor, dock or laptop already on the desk.
Cushioned Memory Foam Palm Rest and Quiet Plunger Keys
An integrated palm rest with three layers of memory foam carries your wrists through long documents, spreadsheets and email. The plunger key mechanism has a 1.5 mm actuation distance, 2.5 mm of total travel and a 50 g actuation force (55 g on the spacebar), which gives a soft, quiet keystroke suited to open-plan floors and shared desks. Standard keys are rated for 10 million keystrokes, so the comfort holds up across a full replacement cycle.
Dual Wireless: Logi Bolt USB Receiver or Bluetooth Low Energy
Wave Keys connects two ways — through the bundled Logitech USB receiver on 2.4 GHz, or over Bluetooth Low Energy — with a 10 m wireless operating range. Easy-Switch keys hold up to three paired devices, so a user can move between a work laptop, a personal tablet and a phone without re-pairing anything. Battery, Caps Lock and Easy-Switch LEDs give clear at-a-glance status.
Three Years of Battery Life on Two AAA Cells
Two user-replaceable AAA batteries run Wave Keys for up to 36 months, which effectively removes charging from the support burden of a fleet deployment — no cables, no docks, no overnight top-ups. Logi Options+ lets each user remap keys and set application-specific shortcuts on Windows and macOS. For an ergonomic keyboard that IT can hand out and forget about, this is about as low-maintenance as it gets.

Compatibility & Software Support
Operating system support (per Logitech's official Wave Keys specification): Windows, macOS, iPadOS, iOS, ChromeOS, Android and Linux.
Connection methods: the bundled Logi Bolt USB receiver (2.4 GHz) or Bluetooth Low Energy. Easy-Switch keys hold up to three paired devices at once.
Software: Logi Options+ is the supported customisation app on Windows and macOS — use it to remap keys, build application-specific shortcuts and check battery level. Wave Keys for Business (920-012338) additionally supports Logitech Sync for remote fleet monitoring by IT; the consumer Wave Keys listings do not.
Note on certifications: Logitech certifies Wave Keys for Business as Works with Chromebook. That certification is published against the Business SKU, so we do not claim it for this consumer part number — if Chromebook certification matters for your deployment, ask us about 920-012338.

Frequently Asked Questions — Logitech Wave Keys
Is there any functional difference between the Graphite, Pale Grey and Rose Wave Keys?
No. All three share identical hardware — the same wave-shaped deck, memory foam palm rest, plunger keys, Logi Bolt plus Bluetooth connectivity and 36-month battery life. Only the finish and the part number change, so you can mix colours across a team without creating a support headache.
What is the difference between Wave Keys and Wave Keys for Business?
Wave Keys for Business (920-012338) is the IT-managed version. It is documented with Bluetooth 5.1, a secure Logi Bolt receiver, a 99-key US layout, Works with Chromebook certification, 61% post-consumer recycled plastic and support for Logitech Sync remote monitoring. Choose it for managed corporate deployments; choose the consumer Wave Keys for individual desks and home offices.
Do I have to relearn typing on an ergonomic keyboard?
Not with this one. Wave Keys uses a single curved deck rather than a split layout, so the key positions stay where your fingers already expect them. That is the main reason it deploys well at scale compared with a fully split board such as the Logitech Ergo K860, which offers a deeper ergonomic split but takes a week or two to adapt to.
Should I pair it with an ergonomic mouse?
It is a sensible pairing if the goal is a full ergonomic workstation. The Logitech Lift vertical mouse matches the Wave Keys colours and shares the same Logi Bolt receiver ecosystem, so one receiver can serve both devices. For a keyboard and mouse bundle instead, look at the Signature MK650 combo.
Does it need a receiver, or will Bluetooth alone work?
Either works. Bluetooth Low Energy pairs directly with any modern laptop, tablet or phone. The bundled Logi Bolt USB receiver is the better choice where Bluetooth is congested, disabled by policy, or where you need the keyboard live at the BIOS/login screen.
The part number on the Logitech global datasheet is different from the one on this page. Is this the right product?
Yes. Logitech assigns different part numbers per region for the same hardware — the Americas Wave Keys carries 920-011898 (Graphite) and 920-012275 (Off-White), while the Singapore and Asia-Pacific stock we carry uses 920-012281 for this colour. The device, firmware and software support are identical.
Does the warranty cover me in Singapore?
Yes. Every Wave Keys sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
