Logitech Logi Dock Docking Station UC Version
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Logitech Logi Dock Docking Station and Speakerphone UC Version (986-000024) - 2 Years Local Warranty
One Cable to the Laptop, Everything Else Stays Plugged In
Logi Dock (986-000024) collapses a desk full of adapters into a single USB-C connection. One HDMI 2.0 and one DisplayPort 1.4 output drive two 4K 60 Hz HDR displays, five USB ports handle peripherals and storage, and up to 100 W of Power Delivery charges the laptop — all over the one cable the user plugs in when they sit down.
A Real Speakerphone, Not a Dock with a Buzzer
Two custom 55 mm neodymium drivers with two passive radiators cover 60 Hz to 20 kHz, and a six-microphone beamforming array with Logitech’s noise-suppression algorithms handles the talking end from 65 Hz to 8 kHz. It is a genuine personal conferencing device, which is why it replaces both a dock and a USB speakerphone on a home-office or executive desk.
Built for the Way Singapore Teams Actually Work
Logi Dock supports Windows 10 or later, macOS 11 or later and Chrome-based computers over USB-C, with Bluetooth for phone calls from iOS and Android. Compatible Logitech Zone Wireless headsets pair straight to the dock through Logi Tune, so a user can switch between speakerphone and headset without re-pairing to the laptop.
Managed by IT, Personalised by the User
Logi Tune adds calendar integration and one-touch meeting join on Windows and macOS. Logitech Sync gives IT central inventory, firmware and device management across the fleet. A Kensington security slot supports hot-desk and shared-workspace deployments where the dock stays with the desk rather than the user.

Frequently Asked Questions — Logitech Logi Dock
How many monitors can Logi Dock drive, and at what resolution?
Up to two external displays. One HDMI 2.0 output and one DisplayPort 1.4 output each support 4K (3840 × 2160) at 60 Hz with HDR.
Will it charge my laptop?
Yes — Logi Dock delivers up to 100 W of USB Power Delivery to the host laptop over the single upstream USB-C connection, alongside video and data. Downstream, two USB 3.1 ports supply 4.5 W each and a third supplies 7.5 W fast charging.
What is the difference between the Teams version and the UC version?
The hardware is identical. 986-000020 is the Microsoft Teams model with Teams-optimised meeting controls; 986-000024 (Graphite) and 986-000030 (White) are UC models for mixed-platform environments. The only other difference across the three is colour — White is available in the UC version only.
Does Logi Dock have an Ethernet port or a 3.5 mm jack?
No. Neither appears in Logitech’s published port list. Logitech sells a separate USB-to-Ethernet adapter accessory for wired networking, which occupies one of the downstream USB ports.
Is the speakerphone good enough to replace a separate conference speaker at a desk?
For personal and small-room use, yes — two custom 55 mm neodymium drivers with two passive radiators cover 60 Hz to 20 kHz, and a six-microphone beamforming array with noise suppression covers 65 Hz to 8 kHz. For a shared meeting room you want a room device such as Logitech MeetUp (960-001101) or Logitech RoomMate (950-000085) instead.
Do I need a licence or a room PC to use it?
No. Logi Dock connects directly to the user’s own laptop over USB-C — there is no room compute appliance and no licence. Logi Tune (free) adds calendar integration and one-touch join on Windows and macOS; Logitech Sync (free) gives IT central management.
Is Logi Dock still available?
Logitech placed Logi Dock on end of sale as of 31 December 2025, or while supplies last, and recommends MeetUp 2 for small focus rooms, phone booths and executive offices. Logitech continues to honour the 2-year hardware warranty. For a currently shipping managed docking station, see Logi Dock Flex (939-002180). Please contact SourceIT for remaining Logi Dock stock and lead times.
Does SourceIT provide local warranty on the Logitech Logi Dock?
Yes. Every Logitech Logi Dock sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
