What is the difference between the Apple edition and the Universal edition?
The hardware is the same size, weight and battery life. The Apple edition carries an Apple-optimised key layout and is documented for iPadOS 17+, iOS 17+ and macOS 14+. The Universal edition adds Windows 10+, ChromeOS and Android 12.0+ support. If any user in the team touches a Windows laptop, order Universal.
Does the colour change anything?
No. Pale Grey is a finish only — the keyboard, cover, switches, battery life and platform support are identical across all four part numbers in the series.
Is it good enough to be someone's main keyboard?
For travel and tablet work, yes — the scissor switches give a real 1 mm of travel. For an eight-hour desk day it is not the right tool; a full-size ergonomic board such as Wave Keys for Business or a premium desk keyboard like MX Keys Mini for Business will serve better at a fixed workstation.

Does it need a case, a stand or a dongle?
No case — the cover is built in and folds over the keys. No dongle — it pairs over Bluetooth Low Energy. It is not a tablet stand, though: if you want the iPad propped up and attached, look at the Logitech Combo Touch or Folio range instead.
How do I replace the batteries when they eventually run out?
The two CR2032 coin cells are user-replaceable, but the battery door needs a T5 screwdriver — worth keeping one in the IT drawer. The LED pulses red when charge drops below 5%, so you get warning well before it stops.
