Specifications from H3C's official WA6120 product page (Specification tab, h3c.com SMB Cloudnet wireless). * H3C notes the 5 GHz rate needs firmware WA6500A-CMW710-R2595P31 or newer.
Compatibility & Software Support
Management
Per H3C's specification table, the AP runs in Fit AP mode, managed by an H3C wireless controller (AC) — H3C names the built-in AC of the WSG1800X series gateway, the MSR610 router and the F100-C series firewall — or in Cloud AP mode, managed through the H3C Cloudnet platform. In Cloud AP mode it also supports web management over HTTP/HTTPS, Syslog and NETCONF; SSH v2.0 / Telnet / FTP / TFTP remote debugging and local CLI are supported.
Security & Authentication
WPA2-Personal / Enterprise, WPA3-Personal / Enterprise and WPA3-Enhanced Open (OWE); 802.1X, MAC and Portal authentication (local or remote), PSK and Private-PSK; social-media login (Google/Facebook/Twitter) through Cloudnet in Cloud AP mode; WIPS rogue-device protection and management frame protection.
Roaming & Wi-Fi Features
802.11k/v smart roaming and 802.11r fast transition, band steering, load balancing, SSID/VLAN-based local forwarding, mesh (including multi-hop), multicast-to-unicast enhancement, WMM/QoS and per-client bandwidth management, IPv4/IPv6.

Frequently Asked Questions — H3C WA6120
Do I need firmware updates for full speed?
H3C notes the 2.4 Gbps 5 GHz rate requires firmware WA6500A-CMW710-R2595P31 or newer; the AP can update from the Cloudnet platform or an H3C AC.
How is it powered?
By 802.3af PoE on its Gigabit port, or by a 54 V DC local supply. H3C offers the EWPAM1HPOE-GL PoE injector and the ADP040-54B adapter as options.
Can it work without a controller?
Yes. In Cloud AP mode it is managed through H3C Cloudnet with no controller or authentication server to deploy.
WA6120 or WA6126?
The WA6126 adds 4x4 5 GHz with 160 MHz channels (5.375 Gbps combined) and a 2.5GE uplink; the WA6120 is 2x2 + 2x2 at 2.975 Gbps on a Gigabit port.
What warranty do I get?
5 years local warranty in Singapore, supplied by SourceIT with a GST invoice.
