Fits a Standard 86 mm Wall Box
The H3C Aolynk UAP612G-AX15 is an ultra-thin Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) wall-plate access point sized for a standard 86 mm panel, so it can replace an existing wall plate in dormitories, hospital wards, hotel rooms and villas. A second Ethernet port on the plate connects a wired device in the room.
Dual-Radio, Four-Stream
H3C rates the UAP612G-AX15 at a maximum access rate of 1500 Mbps: 5 GHz, 2x2, 1201 Mbps plus 2.4 GHz, 2x2, 300 Mbps, with built-in omni-directional antennas (3 dBi at 2.4 GHz, 4 dBi at 5 GHz). Wi-Fi 6 features listed by H3C include OFDMA, Spatial Reuse and TWT.
Cloud or Gateway Managed
Cloud management through the Aolynk Cloud platform is H3C's preferred mode, with remote monitoring and network optimisation. Alternatively, an Aolynk UR gateway manages the AP locally through its web interface, covering wireless service, RF, firmware, VLAN and reset settings. H3C advises checking the release notes for gateway compatibility.
Plug and Play, Self-Organising
The AP is plug and play when connected to the cloud platform or an Aolynk UR gateway, and a self-organising network of up to 32 devices discovers, builds topology and syncs configuration automatically. It is powered by IEEE 802.3af PoE.
