The Fortinet FortiSwitch 124F (FS-124F) gives you 24 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports and 4 x 10GE SFP+ uplinks in a fanless design, a quiet fit for offices, retail back rooms and branch comms cabinets.
Managed from Your FortiGate with FortiLink
Connect the FS-124F to a FortiGate and the firewall becomes the switch controller: ports, VLANs and access policy are configured alongside your security policy, giving one place to manage and secure the wired network.
Desk or Rack
Rubber feet and rack-mount brackets are both in the box, so the switch can sit on a shelf or be mounted in an equipment rack.

What It Is Suited To
Offices, retail back rooms and branch sites that need 24 wired Gigabit ports with 10GE uplinks and silent operation. To power access points, IP phones or cameras, choose the FS-124F-POE or FS-124F-FPOE.
Software & Management
FortiSwitch runs FortiSwitchOS. Connect it to a FortiGate over FortiLink and the FortiGate acts as the switch controller, so ports, VLANs and security policy are managed from the same interface as the firewall. An RJ45 console port is provided for CLI management.
Pairs With
FortiGate firewalls with FortiLink support, such as the FortiGate 70G, 90G and 120G, and FortiAP access points for a complete Fortinet branch network.

Does the FortiSwitch 124F provide PoE?
No. The FS-124F has no PoE output. Choose the FS-124F-POE (12 PoE+ ports, 185 W) or FS-124F-FPOE (24 PoE+ ports, 370 W).
Is it fanless?
Yes, the FS-124F is fanless and silent.
Can it be rack-mounted?
Yes. Rack-mount brackets and screws are included in the box.
What are the uplinks?
Four 10 Gbps SFP+ ports (ports 25β28). SFP+ transceivers are not included.
What warranty do I get?
Supplied by SourceIT with local warranty support and a GST invoice. FortiCare support contracts can be added for extended coverage.
