Compact PoE Switching for Small Sites
The Fortinet FortiSwitch 108F-POE (FS-108F-POE) is a fanless 8-port Gigabit switch with 2 Gigabit SFP uplinks and PoE/PoE+ on four of its RJ45 ports, sized for powering a few access points, IP phones or cameras in a small office or branch.
65 W PoE Budget
Fortinet specifies a maximum PoE budget of up to 65 W across the 802.3af/at ports, from an internal power supply that runs directly from 100–240 V AC, so there is no external brick to manage.
Managed from Your FortiGate with FortiLink
Plug it into a FortiGate FortiLink port and the FortiGate becomes the switch controller, letting you manage VLANs, PoE ports and access policy from the firewall alongside your FortiAP access points.

Compatibility & Software Support
What It Is Suited To
Small offices and branches powering a few PoE devices such as FortiAP access points, IP phones or cameras. If you need PoE on all eight ports or a larger budget, choose the FS-108F-FPOE (up to 130 W).
Software & Management
FortiSwitch runs FortiSwitchOS. Connect it to a FortiGate over FortiLink and the FortiGate acts as the switch controller, so ports, VLANs and security policy are managed from the same interface as the firewall. A console port is provided for CLI management.
Pairs With
FortiGate firewalls with a FortiLink port and FortiAP access points such as the FortiAP 231K, which draws 802.3at PoE+.
