The Ergotron WorkFit-TL gives you a 37.5″ x 23″ (95 x 58.6 cm) worksurface and a 27.5″ x 11″ (69 x 28 cm) keyboard tray — the larger of the two surfaces in the WorkFit-T range. That is room for two monitors, or a monitor and a laptop, with paperwork still on the desk beside them.
15 Inches of Constant Force Height Adjustment
A counterbalancing mechanism using Ergotron’s Constant Force technology gives 15″ (38 cm) of quick height adjustment. The surface rises and lowers with a light squeeze and holds where you leave it, so switching between sitting and standing takes seconds rather than becoming something you stop bothering with.

Compatibility & Fit
The WorkFit-TL sits on top of your existing desk — there is no clamp, grommet or wall fixing, so desk thickness does not matter. What does matter is depth: Ergotron specifies a surface of 24 inches (61 cm) deep or larger. Measure your desk depth before ordering; a shallow reception counter or a narrow bench will not carry it stably.
Total capacity is 10–40 lbs (4.5–18 kg) — enough for one or two monitors, or a monitor and a laptop, set directly onto the worksurface. Because the screens sit on the surface rather than on a VESA mount, monitor size is limited by the 37.5″ x 23″ worksurface and the weight budget rather than by a VESA pattern. Ultrawide and curved panels are fine so long as their stand footprint fits the surface and total weight stays inside 40 lbs.
