Ergotron's description: "The storage drawer attaches under the cart's primary or supplemental drawer to provide extra storage space." The Double Tall configuration provides two medium drawers side by side, hanging below the existing module rather than replacing it.

Two Medium Compartments Across One Module

Ergotron's double configuration divides the same module width into two medium drawers side by side — not two stacked drawers, and not one double-width drawer. It is the middle option between the Single's one large area and the Triple's three small ones, and it is usually the right compromise for a mixed medication round.

"Tall" Means a Deeper Drawer Row, and Fewer Rows Overall

Ergotron's SV43 documentation states the cart can be fitted with up to three rows of tall drawers, against up to five rows of standard-height drawers. So a tall row buys depth for bulkier items and costs you row count. Ergotron does not publish the actual tall-versus-standard height in millimetres — ask us and we will request it before you commit to a configuration.

Ergotron's single, double and triple describe how many drawers sit side by side within one module, not how many are stacked: single gives one large area, double gives two medium drawers, triple gives three small ones, all in the same module width. "Tall" changes the height of the row rather than the number of drawers — Ergotron documents up to three tall rows against up to five standard rows on an SV43.

Supplemental, not primary. Ergotron describes this drawer as attaching under an existing drawer — either a primary or another supplemental, so they can be stacked downward. It is not a standalone module: a cart with no drawers at all needs a primary drawer first, and this adds capacity below it.

Which cart family. Ergotron names "SV Primary Storage Drawer, Single" on its StyleView SV41 series datasheet, and the SV42 datasheet describes its configurations in the same primary / supplemental vocabulary. Note the absence in Ergotron's copy of the phrase "for medication delivery", which it uses for the SV43 and SV44 drawer families — these plain SV drawers are general storage.
