Large Stacked Displays on a 58 cm Tall Pole
The tall pole version of the LX Dual Stacking Arm takes displays of up to 40 inches - well beyond the 24-inch ceiling of the standard stacking arm - and raises them on a 58 cm (23 in) pole so the upper screen sits at a genuinely comfortable eye level. It is the configuration for control rooms, trading desks, editing suites and any workstation where two large panels need to occupy a single desk position.
Expandable to Three or Four Monitors
Unlike the standard stacking arm, this model is designed to grow. Adding an LX Arm, Extension and Collar Kit converts it to a three-monitor pole, and a second kit takes it to four. Ergotron rates the pole at 6.4-20 kg with two arms, 9.6-20 kg with three and 12.7-20 kg with four, so the load ceiling holds as you scale up.
Heavy-Duty Mounting, Constant Force™ Motion
A heavy-duty two-piece clamp desk bracket with dual mounting clamps anchors the taller pole securely, and a grommet mount plate is included in the box on every finish. Each arm retains the Constant Force™ feel - 33 cm (13 in) of lift, 75° of tilt, 360° pan and rotation, and up to 64 cm (25 in) of extension - so even large panels move with a fingertip and stay where you leave them.
Vertical Layout for Narrow and Shared Desks
Stacking two 40-inch displays vertically keeps the desk footprint to a single pole position, which matters on the 1200-1400 mm desks common in Singapore offices and on benching systems where horizontal space is shared. Cables route beneath the arms, keeping a large multi-screen setup looking deliberate rather than cluttered.

The LX Dual Stacking Arm, Tall Pole mounts two displays of up to 40 inches, one above the other, on a 58 cm (23 in) pole. As supplied with two arms it carries a total load of 6.4 kg to 20 kg (14-44 lbs). Both arms use the VESA FDMI MIS-D pattern in 100 x 100 mm or 75 x 75 mm.
Mounting uses a heavy-duty two-piece clamp desk bracket with dual mounting clamps, and a grommet mount plate and hardware are included in the box on all three finishes. The heavier bracket reflects the taller pole and larger displays this model is designed for - check that your desk edge is solid and unobstructed where the bracket lands.
This is the expandable member of the LX stacking family. Adding an LX Arm, Extension and Collar Kit (97-940-026 in polished aluminium, 98-130-216 in white) takes the pole to three displays; a further kit takes it to four. Total capacity is 9.6-20 kg with three arms and 12.7-20 kg with four. An Ergotron Notebook Tray (50-193-200) can replace a monitor position if you dock a laptop.
