High Precision and Reliability
The Discproducer PP-50II is built to withstand hard knocks and keep dust out. The solid body provides a sturdy housing for the intricate technologies within to run processes smoothly without any interruption. The AcuGrip™ robotic arm handles discs individually, minimising the risk of scratching compared with conventional sliding mechanisms and preventing mechanical blockage interruptions.
Unrivalled Performance with Cost Savings
Epson's industry-leading Micro Piezo print head and ink technology ensure uniform, stable ink droplets with virtually no satellites or misting, producing brilliant and crisp disc labels at a high resolution of up to 1440 dpi x 720 dpi. Six individual high-capacity ink cartridges are used instead of an all-in-one cartridge, reducing running costs.
Convenient and Fuss-Free Operation
The 'Total Disc Maker' software is easy to use for fast and efficient production of CDs and DVDs in just three simple steps. Compile the data, compose the label print image using templates, and configure production settings before publishing.
Monitoring System Reliability
The Monitoring Software keeps you informed about all-important parameters such as tray status and pending jobs. This enables unattended production runs while protecting against unexpected interruptions.
Compact Design
At less than 40cm wide, the PP-50II is one of the smallest systems in its class. Its flat top allows for another unit to be stacked above to save space or be used as storage surface for media and print cartridges.
Convenient Total Front-Operation
Features a two-line LCD display which is a built-in status monitor to display ink levels, helping to alert you and reduce production errors.
Blu-Ray Supported for PP-50II
The PP-50II is Blu-ray, DVD and CD publisher, combining proven features with design enhancements. Capable to produce precise and reliable results, it can burn and print up to 3 Blu-Ray discs per hour.
