Cisco Headset 562 Wireless Dual with Standard Base (CP-HS-WL-562-S-EU=) — 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Wireless DECT headset for open workspaces
The Cisco Headset 562 (CP-HS-WL-562-S-EU=) is a wireless dual on-ear DECT headset supplied with the Standard Base Station. Cisco designs the 561 and 562 for professionals who need mobility and extended talk time, with roaming up to 100 m (333 ft) from the base. The -EU part number is Cisco’s regional version for Europe, the UK, Asia, South Africa, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.
Up to 10 hours of active use
The headset delivers up to 10 hours of active use and up to 60 hours of standby, and can be stored for up to 200 days. Docking it on the base charges it and ends the call; undocking can answer an incoming call automatically.
On-ear call controls
Controls on the ear cup answer, end and reject calls, hold and resume, mute and adjust volume, so calls can be managed away from the desk.
Wideband and full-band audio
A unidirectional electret condenser microphone (150 to 6,800 Hz) and speakers covering 50 Hz to 18 kHz carry narrowband, wideband and full-band 48 kHz audio, with music mode for full-band playback. Acoustic spike protection guards against sounds over 118 dB.
Secure, and managed in the cloud
The DECT link uses AES-128 encryption. Up to three additional headsets can join the same base in conference/training mode. With Webex, the headset supports firmware updates, inventory management, analytics and diagnostics through Control Hub.
