The Cisco Headset 321 (HS-W-321-C-USB) is a wired single on-ear headset in Carbon Black with a USB-A connector. Cisco designs the 320 Series as affordable headsets that provide the essentials for everyday office use, with lightweight comfort for all-day wear.
One-button Webex
USB models of the 320 Series add a Webex button on the in-line controller for a one-button experience in Webex. A Microsoft Teams version is sold separately (HS-W-321Q-C-USB).
Noise-cancelling microphone on a boom arm
A uni-directional noise-cancelling electret microphone on a boom arm reduces background noise in loud environments, while a 30 mm speaker driver covers 50 Hz to 18 kHz.
Hearing protection
USB versions of the headset include acoustic spike protection from sounds over 118 dB.
Plug in to a PC, Mac or Cisco device
The 2.3 m USB-A cable connects to a PC, Mac, Cisco IP phone or Cisco Desk Series device, and the headset can be managed with Cisco Unified CM or Webex Control Hub.
